This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

My view is that it's not remotely up to me to gatekeep who gets to be trans. She may well use her being trans as a weapon against other women, but that doesn't make her not trans. Female predators often use their womanhood as a way to access victims

Look, it doesn't actually matter what genitals he has. He presented himself to these women with a male name and a male looking photo, and implied that he had male genitals. In that circumstance they're bound to have a reasonable suspicion that he's a male pisstaker. Even if he later changes his line to intersex or having a vulva. People who hide behind someone else's (or was it fake?) account then show up looking like a male asking for female services, massive red flag. Women working alone are entitled to protect themselves against people who behave in a shifty way, they don't have any obligation to try to ascertain what genitals said individual actually has (which appears to be hard to pin down anyway) before they take the reasonable precaution of saying no thanks to their custom.

Anyone notice that Twitter don't seem to be deleting the hundreds of people who respond to Yaniv's posts calling him a paedophile? Me thinks even the woke have hung this case out to dry now.

Sadly Ewe I would be very surprised if Meghan was allowed to return to twitter. They would be effectively admitting they got it wrong. Their egos would not allow it.

Claire Graham's piece is excellent and she must be fed up to the back teeth of having intersex used as a human shield for these social and political issues.

Really whittles it down to its baseline of belief. So many people have been disciplined (?) professionally for their belief in biological sex v gender identity.

JVs preposterous pool party brought this to mind:
In one of Lisa Muggeridge's videos (wish I could find it) she talks about how in any group, including her social work cohort at university, proportionally some people present in any of those groups would be potential abusers, there to gain access to vulnerable people and children.

Hence the permanent irretractable need for safeguarding however "unkind" it might seem.

She also did a cracking one on motherhood but that's another topic.
