This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

Yeah here's hoping that the tribunal soon has decision soon, and don't forget Jessica has a court date on the 5th Dec for illegal weapons ie the stun / taser gun they brandished on Blaire Whites interview.

Yaniv has done lots of odd / crazy things since I last updated here but I didn't want to clog up the thread with nonsense.

Lots of 'I have PMS', 'I'm going to win this woman's award', 'I'm going to sue you ALL'

Sanity prevails

“VANCOUVER: The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF.ca) is pleased to announce that the BC Human Rights Tribunal has ruled in favour of home estheticians’ right to refuse to handle male genitalia against their will.
The decision noted, “human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax.” The decision further found that the complainant Jessica Yaniv “engaged in improper conduct”, “filed complaints for improper purposes”, and concluded Yaniv’s testimony was “disingenuous and self-serving.” Finally, noted the Tribunal, Yaniv was “evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself” while giving evidence.”

Yaniv is yet to comment.... It will be epic though I’m sure.

Self-identification does not erase physiological reality,” stated Jay Cameron, the Justice Centre’s Litigation Manager ....../.... No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies

Also clearly stated Yaniv has male body genitalia (despite Yaniv refusing to be truthful about the genitalia situation, to the estheticians, or even the court)

Its a win win, as the world now knows.

Yaniv didn't get the costs sought, and the women won.

It stopped short of charging Yaniv for the crimes, and the costs awarded were an insult to what the women have suffered especially when considered in the light of what Yaniv was seeking financially!

The court report is worth a read - it’s pretty damning. Paints Yaniv as inconsistent, untruthful, motivated by racism, creepy, abusive etc. Which I think we all knew but, still, good to see that the Tribunal saw it too.

A victory for sanity!

Yaniv is still quiet on social media - maybe getting ready for their Dec 5th court date.

Obvs nothing to do with the recent, very expensive, very public loss.
