This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

I watched the Waxmyballs YouTube channel where there are videos from the hearing. JY stated that MO is intersex under oath. Now not my business if MO is or isn't, but the blatant hypocrisy of JY effectively outing (for want of a better term) MO is quite appalling. Especially when JY refuses to answer questions regarding their own genitalia.

I'd imagine MO would not be very happy that this has occurred. I suspect JY could be facing their own legal action if MO was to find out 🤔😬

And now I'm also wondering if JY actually doesn't understand the term intersex and thinks it's synonymous with GI, or they've belatedly realised that they've perjured themselves under oath and this will be their defence

I "think" JY doesn't understand that words have meaning. I don't know that JY has bothered to find out what intersex means, rather JY is using that term because TRAs have continued to say 'but intersex...' whenever challenged and it's always worked in the past.

A post near the end of the last thread mentioned speculation that JY's menstruation fetish might be related to jewish laws and customs. I can tell you that what we know of JYs background suggests it extremely unlikely that JY is aware of niddah and 'purity' laws (sometimes language is really clumsy). It's unlikely that learning about this formed any part of a Jewish education (it definitely isn't mainstream) and it's really not something most Jews know much about.

It seems that Devyn Cousineau is Head of the BCHRT. I found this article about another case she is hearing. The complainant is a transgender prisoner who is awaiting extradition to the US to face a murder charge.

The complainant has been detained since 2014 but has more recently discovered their trans identity and has been transferred to the female prison estate, they can remain there under certain conditions. They have made 2 HR complaints about their treatment in both the male and female prison estate. Part of their complaint is that a female prison guard refused to search them because they did not want to touch the prisoners male genitalia. The complainant is trying to argue that this denies their gender identity and is a breach of their Human Rights.

I cannot find any information about whether this case has been heard yet but it seems that DC has form for accepting complaints about men having their feelings hurt when women don't want to touch their genitals. The JY case is being portrayed as an isolated case but clearly it is not.

They are a very telling set of videos... Member seems biased but I do sense moments of exasperation so hopefully just being overly solicitous to avoid any appeals.

Honestly, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm in absolute awe of those sitting in the gallery for these tribunals, the most you hear is a quiet sigh.

The whole thing is a "moose" court, because this is such a farce it's way beyond a kangaroo court. Those poor, poor women.
