This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

I'm not sure if Mr Morgan has ever expressed a view on 'otherkin lifestyles', it certainly isn't something I associate with Piers. I am aware of his vocal criticism of US gun laws though. It's almost as if he holds a variety of views some of which could be considered right wing and others not so much.

I remember Piers on some morning show talking to a transgender person and someone sensible. It was linked to on one of the RadFem TW threads. Piers wasn't on the side of the trans person afaicr.

I think that's as far as he's been involved.

I just had to google otherkin. WTAF?!? Have I slipped into a parallel universe?

Ok been off to read about otherkin and therians. Ummm. So some people identify as being animals. While others might identify as dragons or elves. Erm. Surely this has to be a disorder which needs to be urgently researched and understood. You cannot actually validate someone as being a dragon...

Aside of the jokes do people use those fake degrees to pad out their CV? Hopefully actual professional qualifications remain the normal requirement but I can imagine some lazy looking through a cv and seeing "evidence" of extra academic studies and thinking "oh that's good". Someone with a degree in Specious Twattery comes to mind as the sort of person who would cheerfully through in a few extra dubious awards.

Hola! Finally got a chance to catch up (very quick scan) on the latest happenings. Have been having some interesting conversations with my Spanish friend about self ID. They ain’t buying it either. Miss having chats with you all, even if I’m in a closer time zone now.

Did see a funny JY post selling JY’s bras. If the pictures are anything to go by, it’s safe to say that no amount of manoeuvring would enable them to be clipped (attached). The advertised sizes would be a physical impossibility for JY.

Yet another failure, surprise, surprise, some people are completely unaware that there are two factors considered in bra sizing.

So I’m having an amazing holiday, although a tad annoyed that the twitter post caused me to spray sangria (I now have to clean it up).
