This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

And all they’re worried about is that she’s safe. And to be careful.

I’m worried because she seems so laissez-faire about her abuse I’m wondering if it’s not caught up yet.

“Jessica Yaniv confirmed to the Langley Advance Times that she was arrested.” (this was on Monday, Aug. 5)

“Cpl. Holly Largy, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.

One resident was taken into custody and a search warrant was obtained.

Police seized two conductive energy weapons, often known as stun guns or referred to by the brand name Taser.

One canister of pepper spray and one of bear spray were also seized.

“The investigation is ongoing,” said Largy, and charges have not been laid. It is up to the B.C. Prosecution Service to decide whether or not to lay criminal charges.

Yaniv claimed that police were aware of the weapons.

“I’ve had the police here, talking about harassment,” Yaniv said. “I tell them, I have these here. They had no issue with it.”

She also said she has already been told to appear in Surrey Provincial Court on Dec. 5 on charges of possession of a prohibited weapon.”

Well that's a step in the right direction, at least. Now it's 'just' the racism, vexatious litigation, and oh er, oh yes! the paedophilia.

A man is suing another man who didn't go through with booking him as a babysitter when he found out he was a man. The interesting thing is that essentially the same case has already been litigated all the way to the Canadian Supreme Court

"This is also not the first time Crynowski has filed such a claim. In a similar case back on May 23, 2014, he attempted to claim discrimination in relation to a mother’s advertisement seeking a babysitter for her five-year-old son.
When Crynowski replied to the ad, he was told that the woman was looking for a female sitter.
He filed the complaint two days later, and the case went all the way to the Canadian Supreme Court until it was dismissed in May this year."

Its bizarre that the Alberta human rights tribunal would allow this person to essentially take the same case that has already been decided except for the defendant having the same sex as him this time.

Surely the babysitting case should have set a precedent for the JY case, if someone is allowed to refuse to receive services based on sex surely someone should be allowed to refuse to give services based on sex.

JY was also interested enough in this story to retweet the attached, so JY seems to agree that this case in relevant to their own.

The original case in 2014 was rejected by the Alberta HRC as ‘an imposition on the rights of the parent’, and like you say the decision was confirmed all the way up to the Canadian Supreme Court.

The BC HRC could decide differently, but if the actual courts didn't see a Charter violation in the first instance, I’d hope they’d find against Cyrynowski now.

BUT HRT / HRC work on state laws, not federal laws so it could be that a precedent set in the Alberta HRC probably has no bearing on the BC HRT.

• JY and the waxers lawyer should have to submitted their written closing arguments by EOB Aug 27, 2019

• JY now only has 5 days left to submit a short reply by Sept 6th, 2019.

• After that member Cousineau (‘judge’) will make her finding.
  Could be months, in a recent interview with the BCHRT 6 months was mentioned.
  I would hope that with all interest in this case some pressure may prompt for a faster response.

The racism and possible child grooming / inappropriately contact just this week alone will surely damage any credibility JY has left with the legal bodies.

That university site has to be a parody, doesn't it? I mean, it goes way beyond just being a place to buy fake degrees.

You can buy a degree in 'Otherkin Rights and Research'. And this is what they have to say about teaching: 'This institution does not partake in direct teaching which is seen as little more that (sic) the imposition of received wisdom in the form of established ideas and which punishes innovative and progressive thought.'

That, combined with the bizarre list of 'dangerous' people (www.socialjustice.university/alt-right) makes me wonder if JY hasn't just paid a lot of money for a worthless 'degree' but is being trolled.
