This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

I listened.

Clear belief in entitlement.

Absolutely backed up by previous experience.

Lack of understanding of laws, but that's never stopped the filing of nuisance lawsuits by this individual and others.

I would normally take a dim view of this sort of breach of privacy but in this case....hell no one's perfect least of all me!

He claims to have bribed someone to get the information. That person is likely to be discovered - the combination of who had access and any trail/keyboard footprint or whatever.
My money's on a health worker who is so fed up of dealing with the frequent flyer they don't even care anymore.

If the person in question had not specifically targeted immigrant women living and working in Canada to promote their racist agenda, abused the HRT to extort money, lied to the tribunal, sent sexually inappropriate messages to teenage girls, made death threats, been in possession of illegal weapons and been very public about their period fetish I would be appalled at the breech of confidentiality too.

As things stand I'm really OK with it.

Good on her for finding a niche market. Finding a niche generally leads to a successful business. Although the pay what you can afford is an interesting concept. I've seen businesses do that type of thing generally related to hospitality so not targeted to such a specific demographic.

I wonder if women on benefits or struggling working class women could pay what they can afford for beauty treatments? Of course not cos they've got CIS privilege amirite?
