This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

Yes, it’s clear that Jessica’s mother has enabled Jessica’s unacceptable behavior.

I appreciate your updates too. I want to keep an eye on JY because, well, because it's a shitshow and I don't want UK to end up like that. It's quite hard to keep up with KF, as they do have many threads, and some are loooong (gave up on the 650 pg one!).

Fanny KF is aware (not me!) and yep the farmers are waiting for the info drop... they’re highly dubious about the source (obvs they went digging on the guy ) and he has previous, also even if he has info, it was obtained illegally so doesn’t help the case against JY, and at this point who even cares what junk JY has.

I checked media and found this on Blaire Whites YouTube channel - starts soon, but I can’t find out much more than the title...

We Need To Talk About Jessica Yaniv (spoiler - they don’t)

When stories like this break, trans folks aren't given a seat at the table, but we’re left bearing the responsibility of being spokespeople nonetheless.

And yet, to date, the media outlets covering her story have tended to be far-right-leaning places. It wasn’t until Yaniv had her most recent tribunal hearings that more mainstream media outlets picked up her story at all. By then, the conversation around her was already dominated by sources that are known to be transphobic, or the slightly less-menacing-sounding “gender-critical.” They have warned us enough about people like her, they say, and now she’s been given form. Like Bloody Mary of the transgender set.

Someone like Yaniv is acting on her own, regardless of the fact that she paints herself as an activist. She does not speak for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Is that part of the point, giving JY a legitimate claim to bei harrassed/oppressed etc? I don't think BW is doing that purposely, if she's doing it at all, but I think there are manipulations going on behind the scenes, by some clever men people. The ones who are behind the whole TRA thing in the first place. Perhaps we are all playing their game.

KF have info on the person who promised the info drop. Looks like he's done enough in the past to qualify for a thread of his own. Bottom line, he claims to have sent the documents to the BCHRT, which seems unlikely as they won't be able to take illegally obtained info into consideration.

Just noticed JY has protected their twitter account thereby denying entertainment to many.

• Reports of a an attempted contact offence.

• Someone who saw the relevant genital area says “not intersex” (not sure you can tell from a visual inspection, but anyway)

Wasn't there an allegation that JY sent "dick pics" to some teenage girls at some point in the whole Cimorelli affair? If it's true then I'm surprised this evidence hasn't surfaced yet.

If I've understood correctly JY is claiming to have male and female genitalia so I would assume that could be confirmed or refuted by visual inspection. I understand in babies with DSD there is the possibility of ambiguous genitalia although it is very rare; I don't think JY is claiming ambiguity.

Update re confidential medical records and a failed ‘sting’ operation

Bloody hell. A lot of noise and no substance. This is all just click bait for $$$ and notoriety, but in the selfishness possibly causing damage to the BCHRT cases, and giving JY legit reason lock down all media, trust no one, and claim harassment.
Dunno, IANAL, but JY might even have enough ammo to actually suppress all further case details / outcomes going forward.

4 men who all believe they are the greatest SJW might have just caused women untold harm, silenced witnesses (who wants to be part of this car crash) and not helped ‘their’ LGBT communities at all.

Person 1 - Mark Taylor is the original person who said they had ‘files’ and confidential medical info. from an illegal source.
He doesn’t, has admitted this, and is now trying to spin a new story to say he was involved in the following ‘sting’.

Person 2 - The Agent, Ryan Gordon (see page 5; summary JY was contacted by an agent and told to stop posting anything) twitter.com/RyanxGordon is now locked.
Ryan Gordon is a gay porn star, not an agent (shock horror /s) and is in cahoots with Blaire White (real shock horror).

Person 3 - Blaire White transwoman with a huge twitter and YT following who did a live ‘interview’ with JY, was subsequently doxed by JY, and has since gotten JY to ‘confess on tape’. Blaire has gone to the police and promised to drop information Monday (yesterday) that would “put JY away” and “blow our minds”.

In summary - Blaire and the “agent”, Mark, set JY up -they worked together. Right up until “agent” Mark turned traitor and withheld info from Blaire re child grooming for his own purposes / gain.

Blaire has gone two police departments, with proof JY doxed them, who were not interested (probably because JY is in Canada der) and Blaire will now go to the FBI.
“Agent” Mark is withholding info gained from JY, ie proof of child grooming, etc., because he is actually now intending to do a JY documentary.
Blaire has set their fans on “agent” Mark in retaliation (hence “agent” Mark locking their twitter).

Wow. The whole thing is mad. Personally I've been thinking for a while now that JY and Mama are mentally ill and the best thing would be if everyone would back offf and grey rock whilst letting the BCHRT run its course. Instead everything is escalating, reporters are harassing and God knows where this will all end. Just hope BCHRT isn't compromised and a clear and fair judgement is forthcoming.

After which someone in Canada should declare him a vexatious litigant or mentally deranged person and ban him from bringing any future cases or presenting any more demands to Langley council. Both of which won't happen unfortunately.

Fanny Right! They are both a little ummm odd to say the least, and unraveling fast, but all this noise is just gonna hurt the real story, and I’m more concerned about the women / HRT and sullying any actual proof re child grooming to give a shit about the drama.

But as Blaire got 1.1M views for the first ‘interview’ and earned at least USD $10k from the YouTube where she first talked about JY doxing, I’m highly skeptical that Blaire is doing this for altruistic reasons.

I agree. I wasn't implying you should back off Girl. The real story needs to run its course. I was thinking about the reporters jumping out at them and provoking and harassing them, and people like BW and the Ogre. Even to some extent Kitty over on KF, as entertaining and intriguing as her revelations have been.

The privacy ban had to be lifted so that this case could be properly reported and discussed. But it has also meant open season on all sorts of irresponsible activities when the important case is still ongoing. Activities which deflect from and could potentially damage the case.

The harassment has a feel of bear baiting about it. But this whole thing is what happens when a mental illness is given legal legitimacy instead of being recognised for what it is and treated appropriately I suppose.

Yaniv is being portrayed as mad as a box of frogs when in reality Yaniv's behaviour is simply the logical conclusion of allowing men to claim womanhood. This should be a serious case highlighting that, not entertainment for the masses.

The most newly horrifying ‘leak’ is that JY gave his Facebook password to the “agent” Ryan Gordon, so doesn’t JY just have plausible deniability when it comes to all the child grooming, etc. stuff because a bloody porn actor has had unfettered access to everything?

I thought that was a bit odd but assumed it was an attempt to counter the accusations of racism. Reading it again it seems even stranger to mention two religions and then include all other oppressed minorities as "any protected group", given their recent behaviour, with Blaire White and others, it almost feels like a way of disguising a threat. Maybe I need to stop watching the JY saga!
