This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

I thought maybe he got mixed up and was trying to imply the person who is supposed to have assaulted him was from a "protected group"?

On another topic, I am getting really tired of hearing the phrase "It's not ok."

Just as a reminder of the waxing case timeline:

JY and the waxers lawyer have to submit written closing arguments by EOB Aug 27, 2019.

JY then can submit a short reply by Sept 6th, 2019.

After that member Cousineau (‘judge’) will make her finding.
Could be months, but I think there'll now be some pressure as the cases are all over the media. Fingers crossed the latest doesn’t hamper or hurt these cases / findings.

Yep. I have to agree with pp, seems to be a lot of people that are jumping on the JY bandwagon with little consideration of how their actions could have a negative effect on the outcome of the tribunal, or any investigation into inappropriate contact with minors or both.

The whole horrible debacle is the car crash you can't look away from, the trashy reality tv show that you watch in secret. Meanwhile the bandwagoners (is that a word?) are all "I'm here to save the day" (gimme some of that attention). They are poorly researched, have no awareness of some of the finer points of the situation.

In the meantime, Meghan Murphy is still banned. I cannot even recall a mention of Elsie, whose amazing citizen journalism had us on the edge of our seats, and more importantly was instrumental in helping bring this to the public attention. Of course, not forgetting the countless feminists that have been shrieking about this for like fuckingever.

It's all so frustrating. Anyway, not going to let it get to me, because I'm heading off to Europe soon where I'm sure wifi will let me access KF. I'm gonna get ALL the goss. I did try some of the tips but Telstra are giving me no love. I saw mention of Proton mail so will check out (and a vpn) on my return. No point atm because wifi sketchy (think NBN pre install work).

It’s also a pattern JY seems to follow. Cause a major ruckus because of some ill thought out plan or tweet, gets a huge back lash, feigns an illness, or fall, or blue lighted hospital trip to get back to ‘victim’ status.

Just catching up with the last few days of shenanigans. I think Blaire White would be well advised to step away from the pantomime. I couldn't make head or tail out of what her problem was with the "agent" - he's choosing to use the evidence in a way Blaire doesn't agree with? Not sure trying to be in "cahoots" to entrap someone who's so very batshit is a laudable plan, just seemed juvenile and the video was a bit Vicky Pollard.

Exactly - it’s so frustrating! We’ll not forget, and it’s why I think the convos and threads we have here on MN are so important.
As well as keep us sane, and talking, it’s a brilliant record of what women have done.
And a reason I get so pissed off when whole threads are deleted because of disrupters.

Re Kiwi farms - there's a lot about JY and it can be an interesting site to dip into. But enjoy your trip. Don't waste it on JY!

Fanny there’s a whole new thread for JY today - the “agent” Ryan showed up . I didn’t post anything here because after 16 pages it turns out he’s just as bad as Blaire et al looking for a payout and 5 mins of fame.

One of those JY threads has a lot of food talk! There is a recipe for nanaimo bars which I'd really like to make (I think I might not use "tard cum", I think that might be substituted by custard?), but it calls for Graham Crackers, so I'm going to have to make those first. So today, my quest - should I care to accept it - is to find Graham Flour.......

And then there's this talk of KD, which is 'just' macaroni cheese, but the true experience of KD requires the actual KD product......

So much to think about even without the worry about women's rights and pervs perving. KF is a true example of the gift which keeps on giving.

I've got a BBC Good Food recipe for Nanaimo bars if you'd like it Jux. It uses digestive biscuits instead of Graham crackers (if you're UK based). A friend made them and there delicious! Happy to share it

I saw that last night (well it was for me) and I laughed. Poor farmers have had JYs neighbour, JYs insider on Facebook, the “great” JY themself, the ‘agent’, and now Jess join. I reckon if BW also waded in they’d faint with happiness .

Sounds like there is a grudging entente cordiale developing between MN and the Farmers.
They are kinda fond of us, they agree with the ‘terf’ position on the whole and (for the monitors) not because they’re bigots, or phobic or any other insults, but just because biology.
