UCLA have said that they will install a number of unisex bathrooms throughout campus. These will have floor to ceiling partitions to protect privacy. Now students are claiming that this is transphobia as it implies that trans people are all peeping toms. They get what they claim they want, but they want it on their terms not ours.

Just to say that Layla Moran is a Liberal Democrat MP and previously a physics teacher. She is in no way a radical leftist. But I agree that her statement that she saw people only as their souls without reference to their bodies or the way they presented certainly is radical when considering why services previously segregated by sex plus convention should now be legally separated only by assertion.

I get the feeling that somewhere along the line we’ve encouraged debate (in schools? in the media?) to the point where opinions are considered to be concrete facts. And people genuinely cannot distinguish between the two.

Oh no LimeKiwi. There's only one group that demanded #nodebate - and that's TRAs / MRAs. They are the reason we are in this mess as they have bullied & silenced all opposition and demand that men's rights to access unclothed women, vulnerable women, women in vulnerable situations in prison / needing intimate care are unchallengeable. Transphobia and T**F are used to silence women / doxx them, get them sacked and so on. Only complete compliance from all women is acceptable.
