UCLA have said that they will install a number of unisex bathrooms throughout campus. These will have floor to ceiling partitions to protect privacy. Now students are claiming that this is transphobia as it implies that trans people are all peeping toms. They get what they claim they want, but they want it on their terms not ours.

However do I believe that their soul is that which they identify as?

@Datun I don't believe that women's privacy should be denied and I think it's wrong for our fight to retain our privacy is transphobic. I definitely can see that political correctness can be taken too far. However I feel like people kicking up a stink about the bathroom privacy being transphobic would be people that are radically left wing.
It's as possible to be radically left wing as it is to be right and I don't agree with that.
That's a separate issue to my right to believe that Transwomen should be treated just as women are treated.

Transwomen should be treated just as women are treated.

But they don't want that. They want to be treated better. They want to force women to shave their lady balls and have sex with their lady dicks otherwise they are transphobes. They want women and girls to give up their spaces for them. They want to push out women from women's sports.

They want traumatised and vulnerable women to accept them in rape centres, on women's wards, in women's refuges not just as service users but as staff as well.

They want their "womanhood" to be accepted and acknowledged regardless of how much or how little they have invested in the transition process.

They want to flip back and forth from male to female depending what's up for grabs,what prize or opportunity is being offered.

And guess what? There are many trans people that disagree with the woke "transphobe" stance. In return they are attacked,threatened and labelled transphobes themselves. They're obviously transing wrong.

Also in the US, where this particular toilet argument is occurring at UCLA, a state institution cannot make policy or law around people’s souls, whether gendered, Protestant, or reincarnated, as that violates the First Amendment’s separation of state and religion and is therefore unconstitutional.

If gender identity is a gendered soul, UCLA students are entitled to believe that but the university can’t force others to believe in gendered souls or to practice that belief.

Trans rights stops where others’ rights begins.
