I can’t believe what I’ve just watched. Eddie Izzard is on Joe Rogan saying ALL bathrooms should be gender neutral and completely dismissed the concerns women have that Joe brought up. He dismissed it as “people always complain when there’s change”

The whole thing is so selfish and entitled.

I have no idea if Izzard is one of them, but he is clear that he's wholly up for women being used by men in any way men see fit, and does not believe women as a species are allowed to say no to men. So he's actively supporting that. The same way he's supporting homophobia, disablism, racism and discriminating against women on grounds of religion and belief, by coercing the above women to either submit to being used by men or lose access to provision or services.

I used to be a massive Izzard Fan and saw him live a number of times. I knew a lot of his most famous material almost by heart.

But having been made aware of his misogynist, uncaring position on this, I had a long think. And realised that nowhere in his stage shows did he ever talk about women. Just never. Food for thought.

Yes, by all means let's change every public restroom in the country to accommodate less than 1% of the population 🙄 . Doesn’t even make an ounce of sense. Why not just have a few separate loos or changing rooms for those who are trans and a label them as unisex? Or is that literal violence? 🤔 Doesn’t make sense to completely change everything, surely it’s common sense to just have some loos/changing rooms that are unisex that way people who don’t want to share don’t have to.

As is already happening, as gender neutral loos involve men using the toilets with the doors open, bare backsides hanging out and piss everywhere all over the floor and seats, gender neutral loos will by default become men's toilets because women won't use them.

It won't solve the problem for anyone. Particularly not the TRAs, because the whole point of wanting to be in women's loos is that women have to be in there womaning.
