For those worrying about the misgendering aspect, this will be tested in court either during this trial or another and we will all learn soon enough whether or not compelled speech is where we are heading. There’s no law that compels us right now, so it will be interesting when this issue does end up before a judge.

I am angry that Caroline, Glinner and Kate have all been targeted like this but the good thing is now the full details of SH’s past are well documented and available and indeed disclosed in some cases by themselves. In court, to prove defamation is actually very difficult and evidence must be provided that serious harm was caused. SH has no business or reputation to harm so I’m confident justice will prevail.

I've suffered harassment and feared violence (still do) from from my ex partner. 5 years later I still don't answer the door if DH is out we even moved house to protect both me and the child he is not allowed contact with. He found us.

I would never in a million years voluntarily go within a mile of his house, never mind take a pal and make a day trip doing so.
