Hi I'm a long time lurker, who read with disgust the last thread and wants to send , to caro. I've scanned since last thread finished for new one but no luck! Hope no one minds if I start one!

Nauticant Surely that's the very definition of vexatious litigation? To my, totally non-legal, mind anyway.

If the case is dismissed can the judge award costs? Could SH end up paying for CF's legal bills?

Someone might see great advantage in firstly wearing down someone's mental health and secondly consuming very large amounts of their money

And when this becomes a pattern of behaviour, this in itself surely is intentionally abusive, both of others and of the court process?

Indeed Michelle. Hopefully the judge is aware enough to take all available facts into consideration regarding habitual use of the courts as a personal enforcement service.

Whoever is collating the info for the vexatious litigant application should make sure they get all the details of this judgement to send to the attorney general.

I feel sick. The last thing Hayden (and by extension Harrop) needs is validation from a court.
