Caro Flowers not the best outcome but at least Hayden is also restricted

backaftera2yearbreak · 02/05/2019 18:08

What is the outcome?

howlsmovingcastle84 · 02/05/2019 18:09

I would be very surprised if Hayden is able to restrict themselves

BoreOfWhabylon · 02/05/2019 18:11

Right, could a legal person please explain what has happened, what it all means and what happens next?

aprilviolets · 02/05/2019 18:13

yep, I'm confused. It sounds as though they both had their wrists slapped. How much is this going to cost them/Caro?

JessicaWakefieldSV · 02/05/2019 18:15

Injunction granted to Hayden, but Hayden is also restricted- voluntarily agreed but would of been ordered by the court otherwise, would be in violation if they don’t stick to it

KarenTheCashRegister · 02/05/2019 18:15

Any news?

So basically they’ve been told to leave each other alone?

aprilviolets · 02/05/2019 18:17

so basically both had wrists slapped?
I imagine if this was other way around and Caro had raised a complaint in high court, outcome would have been injunction granted to her too.

BlodwynBludd · 02/05/2019 18:17

Does this mean that there will be further hearings?

aprilviolets · 02/05/2019 18:17

will there be a trial?

1984isHappeningNow · 02/05/2019 18:19

With the reference to ultimate trial, that Judge noted, do we have any details?

50shadesofgreyrock · 02/05/2019 18:20

I think Caro has been court ordered to leave Hayden alone. Hayden volunteered (when Caro’s lawyer requested that the same provisions were applied to Hayden) that Hayden would do it voluntarily and would not not require an injunction. (Essentially so that Hayden can brag Hayden won an injunction against Caro and out of the goodness of Hayden’s heart, Hayden volunteered blah blah blah.)
Legally the requirements for both are identical. But Hayden wins bragging rights.
Slippery.

Totally baffled as to what has happened. All sounds like a complete waste of time. Am of a mind to delete my twitter account as it just winds me up and you get sucked into shitstorms like this.

nauticant · 02/05/2019 18:24

The key point is that they only have to be seen to restrict themselves. Caroline, who has been caught out because of direct interactions with people is far more open to scrutiny and therefore will have to tread very carefully.

BernardBlacksWineIcelolly · 02/05/2019 18:24

so if it's going back to court Carolne's going to need more money?

will there be a trial?

I assume this is an interim injunction pending full trial but if neither party seeks to overturn or change the injunction it will remain in place. (I'm not sure whether it would have a fixed duration, maybe not.)

From Twitter, it looks like Harry the Owl is there

No bias to be seen here. Nope. No sirree. I thought institutions various had refused to fly that particular flag as it was a political statement? I would have thought the literal seat of the judiciary would be a little less fawny.

Howyoualldoworkme · 02/05/2019 19:00

I think it was probably put there by an 'ally' Hmm
