Being flippant but the Malicious Comms Act throughout refers to 'his purpose/he believed' etc. How very patriarchal & misgendering to any female. I'm however seriously beginning to think legal fictions are not a good thing.

Surely they can’t arrest you if no crime has been committed?! What are they arresting you for?? What would they say the offense was?

Over the past few decades all kinds of stuff has been getting on the statute books in which offenses are very vaguely defined and whether or not they've occurred is to some degree not determined by the actions of the "offender".

People have protested strongly about these bad laws for a long time. Their argument has long been that if you have laws where the public isn't able to know whether they are offending or not then the laws will end up being used for political purposes rather than to deter wrongdoing. And so here we are.

This will be the same Harrop who intimated on Twitter that he’d be visiting Caroline’s church (with photograph of said church) with his best buddy: the one convicted of violent assault with a golf club? With whom he frequently jokes about playing golf with near the homes of people they disapprove of? Well you’re right, Adrian. No-one’s above the law, least of all you, old chap.

The level of hypocrisy is unbelievable. There is very little action taken with regards to the doxing, harrassment, threats, violence towards feminists but it's all guns blazing the second someone misgenders. This is just bullshit. Unbelievable bullshit.
