I didn't realise Miranda Yardley was in court today over alleged transphobic harrasment.

At Basildon Magistrates Court where Miranda Yardley is on trial for transphobic Harassment. The prosecution applied for reporting restrictions to prevent the complainant Helen Islan from being named. The judge has not granted them. So Helen Islan can be named.

Oh - and if the PA uses their own car they are reimbursed only for fuel. No reimbursement for any wear and tear on the car.

Sadly the type of ‘amusing’, catty and outrageous gay men I have known don’t age well. When middle age hits it becomes bitter, vitriolic and very unpleasant to be around. And a bit stressful.

I watched until just now. No, Miranda deflected about the tweets that brought the charge. So frustrating but I'm guessing it was because they involved a 13 year old. But later on he said he had told us! All he explained was she was in a Twitter fight about trans, that he was blocked from many in the scrap so it was hard for him to know what was going on, but he seemed to avoid the specific tweets.

Probably best to not draw more attention to the kid, even tho her mother did a photo shoot with said kid, but I'm none the wider about it all.
