Urinals should be removed..

..because not all men have penises. They may be triggering to some trans men. Only sit down toilets in individual cubicles in men's toilets.

Men queuing to pee at football matches and down the pub might bring things into focus for those who are largely unaffected by all this "move aside" business.

And tbh I'd LOVE to see all the woke bros queuing and telling other men that it's discriminatory for them to use urinals because not every man has a penis and it's bigoted for them to complain...

Isn't it interesting how, when TRA logic is applied to men, it's described as unpleasant and loony?

Isn't it just?!

Women! Don't make mocking puns! The Fun Police will shut you straight down!

Apollo440 · 03/01/2019 13:55

Octoberfarm, it seems you are quite happy with the position that anyone who says they are trans is trans. No further debate required. Can you explain just why autogynophiliac men should have unrestricted access to women and girls? Some reason other than 'stop being mean'. I'm all ears.

deydododatdodontdeydo · 03/01/2019 13:55

I promise I haven't missed the point of this thread (very clever), but lots of men's toilets already don't have urinals and they cope fine.

You know they just piss in the sinks if there's queues right?

Er, no. Not true.

Apollo440 · 03/01/2019 13:59

You also seem unaware of the huge increase in complaints of harassment and voyeurism that accompanies the move to unisex changing rooms and toilets. Which is effectively what self id will bring.

octoberfarm · 03/01/2019 14:02

@Apollo440 my position is that the vast, vast majority of trans people are actually just that - trans people. I don't think there's a way to clearly police whether someone is actually trans or just says they are trans, and I understand that that leaves room for the unknown, and that that's a concern. But if people were regularly masquerading as trans when they're not and this was a common enough issue for it to be a genuine, documented threat on a daily basis, we would know by now. Yet, there has been no indication anywhere that there is an increase in either attacks in female-only spaces or people pretending to be female for the sake of fulfilling some sort of sexual agenda where trans-inclusive policies have been enacted.

CosmicCanary · 03/01/2019 14:03

you're taking what atinyminority are saying and applying it to all trans people as if it's gospel. The vast majority of people don't think like you're saying they do.

But a tiny minority of people appear able to change policy, remove sex based rights and put females at risk all in the name of trans rights.
The vast majority of people don't think humans can change sex or that a penis is female genitalia but it appears the vast majority are being ignored.

IamThereforeIdontIdentify · 03/01/2019 14:18

The vast majority of men are not perverted. Never the less we have separate toilets and hospital wards for a reason.

I'm fed up with this argument that not all trans people are abusive. Nobody here has said they are. It is also not a widely held view on these boards so stop making arguments about something that nobody even implied.

Abso-fucking-lutely iamthere

birdsdestiny · 03/01/2019 14:21

Indeed I keep asking why dh is not allowed in female toilets, he is not violent or a pervert, but still no he is not allowed in. He is fine with this as he understands consent.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 03/01/2019 14:22

But I can't help but feel like if there were good responses to my points, people would just give them rather than jumping on me for being boring/patronizing/woman-hating/lacking in a sense of humor/easily offended

A poster a while ago said that people wouldnt need to defend themselves if they weren't actually saying those things...although i think its a bit of a dumb argument i have been doing it ever since

If someone accuses posters on the thread of being transphobic or being mean to trans people or being hysterical or tarring everywith the same brush then i dont reply...as im not doing those things

SarahCarer · 03/01/2019 14:23

October if you look out for references to "never happens" on this forum you will see numerous documented concerns about exactly the sort of thing you claim would be vanishingly rare. There are so many threads with very well documented and reasoned arguments but you have jumped on one of the less laudable threads because it reinforces your view of rad fems imo. You have chosen this thread to engage on but if you really wanted a reasoned debate you would have chosen a different one. Do you agree, by the way, that it should be mens toilets being made unisex rather than womens?

ChewyLouie · 03/01/2019 14:26

This thread isn’t intended to be about the current situation being loony. LOOny on the other hand ....

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 03/01/2019 14:32

It does backfire though

You get a poster saying

Those that think abc can you just comment on my point

And i think...well i didnt say ab and c so i wont answer

And then the posters says

Oh i see that noone has a good rebuttal to my point then

And im all Confused

womanformallyknownaswoman · 03/01/2019 14:32

Whataboutwillybinders?

PositivelyPERF · 03/01/2019 14:35

It’s such a tiny minority of transwomen perving on, threatening, committing offences against women/girls and doxxing females online, that we really appreciate the trans community shouting out against them and telling them ‘not in our name’. Oh, that’s right, they don’t! The silence is deafening. The only thing I ever hear from them and people like you, is NATALT.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 03/01/2019 14:36

Wouldnt need one if you tuck woman

womanformallyknownaswoman · 03/01/2019 14:39

I think OP your post has proved once again that any attempt to make male facilities more encompassing of the wide range of male bodies seems destined to be targeted by those who won’t start their own threads but seem to prefer detailing others and hoping to cause distress because of that - I make up

Seems like some really are afraid women will laugh at them - I imagine

PositivelyPERF · 03/01/2019 14:44

I do think, in the name of equality, that if transmen are being sold chest binders, then willybinders should be available for all those poor transwomen that hate being men. I’m sure they’d be delighted to have something flattening their cocks, since they’re so supportive of their fellow transwomen. After all, isn’t it that they want to be ‘women’, so every thing that helps them, should be available.

PositivelyPERF · 03/01/2019 14:44

Sorry *fellow transmen.

ChewyLouie · 03/01/2019 14:56

Willybinders on a ladycock? Only if they’re called ladywillybinders and come in pink .
It’s a shame transmen are being told chest binders are important they should do away with them and call them men boobs instead.

Badstyley · 03/01/2019 15:30

Maybe the way forward is to supply all transmen with a Shewee, called a Hewee obviously. Then they could piss all over the floor like a real bloke.

AnyOldPrion · 03/01/2019 15:35

Would you mainly use a willybinder to stop it growing?

Floisme · 03/01/2019 15:44

Yup this tiny minority of transpeople are exerting a massive influence on government, health services, education, sport, even on our language and yet, in almost every case, it's women who are being expected to move up and accommodate the changes. Men - despite the fact that so many think they have something worthwhile to say about it - have barely been affected. (The only exception I can think of is the case where a transman tried to use a men's sauna and was asked to leave.)

We have here one thread laughing about what might happen if some of that same thinking was applied to men and out come the accusations. It really couldn't be any more telling.

Anyway back on topic. Hewees available on the NHS?

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 03/01/2019 15:54

Let's make s/hewees inclusive and call them wewees.

That, of course, will confuse the French but as we're leaving the EU it won't matter, innit.

ChewyLouie · 03/01/2019 16:28

The French can have ouiwewees😂 I’m taking it to Dragon’s Den: a 1% share for £500,000 for my international company valued at £18million. If they refuse to invest they’re hateful bigots.
