It's on Twitter.

Thankfully the police in the location they have described their friend with the details of this assault are looking into it

Debbie Hayton getting flack for speaking the truth in their reply (saw it from following Debbie)

I can’t believe a transphobe would recklessly risk seeing a penis. He’d be bleaching his eyes for weeks.

PositivelyPERF · 24/10/2018 14:03

Though at 50yrs old, my vagina will probably scare him off! 🤣

cockblocker · 24/10/2018 14:05

The last thing anyone wants if they have been sexually assaulted is for their personal misfortune to be used for political point-scoring. This happened to me when I was attacked by an asylum-seeker and the BNP printed something about it on their website. Shows no consideration for the victim whatsoever.

Trogdor · 24/10/2018 14:05

I carry a handy mirror with me, so that should I be called upon to show my vagina, it's less hassle.
Considering putting a webcam in my knickers, then I can just show them the live feed.

ahagwearsapointybonnet · 24/10/2018 14:06

I suspect if they ask the alleged victim how they pronounce "Leicester" that would give them all the answers they need as to whether any of this is true.

A propos of nothing, I wonder whether the police are able to get people overseas banned from Twitter for wasting their time?

deepwatersolo · 24/10/2018 14:07

Ah, but it would never have occurred to a thug to attack a transwoman before the TERFs put the idea in his head. Before that, he was all live-and-let-live. Then he read some Kathleen Stock and Jane Clare Jones and it made him hate transwomen so much he had to go out and find one to threaten with a knife.

The number of formerly peaceful men who have been radicalized and incited to violence by the writings of Kathleen Stock are legion.

AngryAttackKittens · 24/10/2018 14:07

So, out of curiosity, what happens if someone alleges a crime that they know didn't happen on the internet, and the police find out about it? Is that considered a false report? Wasting police time? I assume that once they're made aware of the allegations they're obliged to investigate.

(In theory, in a universe in which the police aren't so understaffed you'd be lucky to get them to show up to a murder scene in progress.)

@trogdor something like this would be less bulky.

Endoscopic camera attachment for mobile phones

PositivelyPERF · 24/10/2018 14:10

I’m actually delighted at this own goal of theirs. Not that woman was highly unlikely threatened, in such a way, but that the police were informed. I would loved to have been in that room when nella read the comment from the police. I can just imagine the blood draining from Nella’s face. 🤣

ShotsFired · 24/10/2018 14:12

Attack I was just looking up some helpful information on your very question (my emphasis)

Is it an offence to waste police time?
Wasting police time
Under s 5(2) of the Criminal Law Act 1967 (CLA 1967), it is an offence to cause a wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making a false report – either orally or in writing – to the police or anyone else that:

an offence has been committed;
there is a real threat to the safety of any persons or property; or
they have relevant information concerning some police enquiry.

I can confirm that the end of the post should read 'And everybody clapped'.

HilltopTractor · 24/10/2018 14:15

Someone should add the tweet from the Police who gave a warning over false reports of razors.

AngryAttackKittens · 24/10/2018 14:19

Well, Shots, that doesn't look like a very clever thing for Nell to have done, does it?

Did this happen before or after they cut their fingers on razor blades hidden under a sticker?

The people who pretend to believe this stuff - why??

AngryAttackKittens · 24/10/2018 14:23

Don't all angry, violent men carry the collected works of Sheila Jeffries around with them? You know, to read on the bus.

nauticant · 24/10/2018 14:23

There are some fine summaries on the twitter thread:

Fanny Force, patrolling out streets, copies of the Female Eunuch in hand.

selfidentifyinggiraffe · 24/10/2018 14:24

I must admit I am giggling away at the idea that this sexual assault has clearly happened as a direct result of the perpetrator becoming radicalised by reading radFem literature and that he chose to read this whilst becoming drunk too

TheElementsSong · 24/10/2018 14:24

Obviously it was one of those weaponised gatekeeping vaginas. Duh!

QuietContraryMary · 24/10/2018 14:25

Just to point out

  1. The OP on Twitter is in the US. I think Florida.
  2. She's not trans, but she has a translesbian girlfriend.
bigKiteFlying · 24/10/2018 14:29

It seems like the sort of story which could only be believed by people with a vague grasp of female anatomy and even less of female psychology.

^^ This.

Weezol · 24/10/2018 14:32

So it's pronounced 'Lie chest her' then?

I'm on a heavy flow day today, so this type of alleged attacker would get more than they bargained for if they approached me...

Didactylos · 24/10/2018 14:32

Dont think this has been a thing since the middle ages but apparently it frightens evil demons

now I cant stop singing the Vagina Dentata song….
