I've got a GCSE in biology, does that count as a biological qualification? I distinctly remember learning that, with the exception of some intersex conditions, mammals came in two sexes, male and female. We even had to label all the bits on diagrams and none of the bits on the female diagrams were ever a penis.

Now I am not a lawyer...but surely anyone can fill in a small claims court form, and post it online?

And wouldn't you have to prove some sort of financial loss?

Bearing in mind this is advertising to anyone who cares to look the number of companies this person has been involved with where the accounts seem to have been never declared, all of which are on companies House, Isuspect this may turn again into a spectacular own goal for the alleged lawyer in question.

To be fair, I tried to talk about biology with similar types on Twitter, and it was for naught. I couldn't convince them. And I have a f*ing PhD in Biochemistry. Talking with these types is like nailing jelly to the wall.

It looks like a High Court form to me. It does appear to be a real form. Defamation would need to be filed in the High Court. I think Stephanie went to file it in person in order to willy wave it on Twitter before Graham got it in the post.

And you know what their problem is, the problem that explains everything? They don't do statistics. Possibly for self preservation reasons, or because they honestly can't, idk. But that is the reason why they cannot understand why 'male violence' is a thing that needs to be considered in society ('everybody can be a murderer/rapist...), and that is the reason why they cannot understand that some super rare intersex condition does not make sex a spectrum.
