Ocado say they have apologised. I got a couple of emails.

“The Tweet was an unfortunate error from our customer services team who misunderstood the situation. This issue is not something for Ocado to comment on.
The Tweet was quickly removed and we have apologised to customers for any confusion caused.
At Ocado we believe passionately in a culture of inclusion and creating an environment around our business that is completely free of discrimination of any sort. “
I then replied saying the apology should be public, and got this

I am still with Waitrose, it’s not exactly an apology for what has been said, but I think that’s unrealistic.
