I re wrote mine ( Trustpilot), based on the failure of Ocado's customer services, to resolve my complaint about an offensive public tweet, which was offensive to me as a female customer. I detailed customer services failure to respond within time limits and issue public apology for public offence caused to me as a female customer.
I linked it to my already existing concerns, re some Ocado drivers having harassed women customers as reported in the media, earlier in the year.
I included an extract from the email Ocado had sent me about being " inadvertently involved" in what was, to me, a very deliberate and insulting tweet.
It's still awaiting moderation. No surprise there. That's what we get for being honest.
We could all just have lied and said: how fecking thin their ham was and how mushy were the apples.
If it's not put up after moderation, then I'm moving on to reviewing Trustpilot.
