Where is the bewilderness?

I miss her!

I intend to spent my time in correspondence with Germaine Bunbury, like characters out of an Austen level but with more swearing.

LOL Arranfan - that tweet made me laugh for days.

On a serious note: my aim is to stick within the rules while posting with as much clarity (and signature bluntness!) as I can. This is not always an easy task.

Name changing is a way of avoiding TRA targeting for removal, it's frustrating though, you can't build up a rapport with other posters in the same way as you're forever starting anew Angry

You definitely know there's a publisher for that tho'? After all, we had Jane Austen and the Zombies.

I hear you, LangCleg - do you ever get an absurd attack of the worries that you've had fat fingers and ended up with a wholly inadvertent typo or auto-correct?

BTW - I saw that several people on Twitter were imploring SandyDrawsBadly to release a book of her cartoons for Christmas and she was saying that she doubts any publisher would touch the topic with a bargepole.

That makes me so sad and angry and a little bit dispirited.

I've clearly got to the stage where I've been noticed, as I very rarely name change, and recently have had other posters saying nice things about me, privately and publicly, and someone used one of my posts as an example of accepted 'transphobia' because I'm 'well respected', whatever that means.

So that's a cue for me to be very careful not to employ too much ad absurdum or sarcasm which could be misconstrued. I'm neutral pronouning practically everyone at this stage.

Thanks to the poster who linked to this thread about the banning of Maryz - a great loss to MN and to us all.

If you're reading this, Maryz, thank you for all your posts, many of which helped me and countless others struggling with sometimes difficult teens.
