You can only transplant organs into a body that already had those organs but are no longer there or are now diseased/dying, such as eyes, kidney's, livers, lungs and heart.

You cannot transplant a penis and no trans male will ever ejaculate sperm from testicles. Or have the sperm retrieved via ICSI.
