It is a much better statement than the first two statements.

They can't suspend AC until they've investigated.

But in the meantime AC won't be allowed to be involved with any GP stuff. They need to remove AC's computer access to any GP data as well. But I imagine that they'll "forget" to do that.

birdbandit · 26/08/2018 22:52

I wonder if Jess Bradley knew there was a story breaking, which would make her getting her penis out in public, and publishing pics of her penis online, all while writing the docs for TELI to campaign for self ID. I wonder if she knew a story was breaking which made that look almost savoury?

CesiraAndEnrico · 26/08/2018 22:52

Lucy makes me additionally sickened and worried that he will transition and be jailed with women...wouldn't/couldn't happen...could it?

He was dressed like a little girl in a tiara in one family photo. At first blush, seems like a costume for a race. With "Lucy" context, he was stealth dressing outside of the home. So in the home, where the kids could see... possibly Lucy had a role in the family.

All in all, he has nothing to gain from the outside world's acceptance and esteem of his male presentation. And everything to gain from getting away from the people in the male prison that might not be overly keen on his crimes.

So I'm expecting the Woke to go all toe curlingly caught between a rock and hard place in the not so distant future.

I'm hoping he'll do it by next Tuesday. Or mid september at the latest.

birdbandit · 26/08/2018 22:53

It shouldn't be the GP removing ACs computer, it should be the police.

CesiraAndEnrico · 26/08/2018 22:54

Can’t believe the GP are still holding onto them!

They don't like the optics of firing a trans person. We are already pisssed off with them, so nothing to gain there for a good long time. Meanwhile, they don't want The Woke to join in with their own outrage.

sexnotgender · 26/08/2018 22:57

At least they managed to lower themselves to use the words women and girls, I bet that stung!

TwistedStitch · 26/08/2018 22:58

Not a peep from Jonathan Bartley, which is odd as he seems to be photographed with AC a fair bit.

chocladoodle · 26/08/2018 23:00

According to the court listings the Summing up was on Monday.

I'll bet TELI or some other TRA lawyers have been on to the Green Party already, threatening them against taking any action against AC. There's probably another injunction involved.

See what happens, Green Party?

Easy to get these extremists into the party, another fucking thing entirely to get them out.

Idiots.

SirVixofVixHall · 26/08/2018 23:01

ItsAllGoingToBeFine - I noticed “minor” too. It looks terrible that they won’t say child. She was so little.

ToeToToe · 26/08/2018 23:01

Well that statement is an improvement, it's almost like they've been reading this thread / their twitter feed and actually taken some notice.

It was an incredible breach of safeguarding to allow David Challenor to be so active in the party, even after his arrest/trial date.

The influence DC had over safeguarding policies for the girl guides, and his involvement with the scouts and a gymnastics club are seriously concerning - and I hope those organisations take note too.

SD1978 · 26/08/2018 23:02

I find the (now) use of women and girls in the statement unnecessary- appears a reaction to the gender neutral rubbish of statement two. Paedophillia affects all children- not women physically. This is child abuse. Seems like trying to backtrack a stupid statement.

Destinysdaughter · 26/08/2018 23:03

So if AC’s computer is going to be seized, is that why so many articles, websites and photos are being deleted all of a sudden?

SirVixofVixHall · 26/08/2018 23:07

Popchyk who are TELI ?
Don’t understand how a fairly major party can be so slack with who they allow into positions of influence or power.

LangCleg · 26/08/2018 23:08

Sorry, Green Party. It's clear that the latest - at least basically acceptable - statement had to be dragged from you. You're no pasaran in my house and will be until some serious mea culpas have happened.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 26/08/2018 23:10

TELI = trans equality legal initiative. Founded by Jess Bradley.

www.teli.org.uk

CesiraAndEnrico · 26/08/2018 23:14

Don’t understand how a fairly major party can be so slack with who they allow into positions of influence or power.

Doesn't exactly strike confidence in their ability to manage national security and intelligence. Given their own party security/intelligence is more riddled with holes than your average, clapped out colander.

And you can bet, one way or another, the other parties will be reminding the electorate of that come the next election cycle.

Labour won't need to ask the Greens to stand down a candidate next time. They'll just set the tamed posters onto the internet waggling pictures of DC and AC. Wouldn't put that past the Lib Dem's either. AC has handed the Green's biggest vote rivals a massive gift.

seafret · 26/08/2018 23:22

Has this been on the TV news at all? We dont watch it.

It shoud be headline news. Would have been if a non-trans politiain. FFS. So fucking awful.

Carrrotsandcauliflower · 26/08/2018 23:22

Destinysdaughter I’m no expert but it seems like a long time to be waiting to seize any evidence to me. Maybe they aren’t going to. Sentencing was a week ago.

SirVixofVixHall · 26/08/2018 23:23

CesiraAndEnrico - yes. Which is so depressing when the planet is in such a terrible state and we need Green Party MPs to balance things out. I feel so angry with the Greens for this stupidity, along with the horror of the whole situation.

Carrrotsandcauliflower · 26/08/2018 23:27

I really don’t like this practice of trawling through old articles and rewriting history, I really want to know what’s brings that. And who is bankrolling it.

Destinysdaughter · 26/08/2018 23:29

Dailymail reporting on it now

Not bad Daily Mail.
I like that they included DCs volunteering with gymnastics and scouts..... clearly that provided him with ample opportunity to groom other victims 😥

Unfortunately I can imagine a group of Green Party volunteers being beguiled by an assertive charismatic man, who then brings his trans (seen as trendy?) daughter into the group and they rule the roost.

BitOfFun · 26/08/2018 23:44

I'm speculating, but at a guess, the articles are being retrofitted by an organisation along the lines of TELI as a way to ward off further bad publicity and expulsion from the Party, rather than to mislead the police, who must surely already have all the relevant digital information they need.

SturdyEarmuffs · 26/08/2018 23:45

They can't suspend AC until they've investigated

They suspended Olivia Palmer off the back of a report from I think it was a labour party member? Was it the infamous doctor who reported her? She wasn't even told, she read about it in the media. So they certainly can suspend, apparently at lightening speed, when it comes to allegedly saying the word 'penis' on TV (which she actually denied saying - I never saw that so couldn't say who it was/what was said). But, when it comes to shielding a child rapist/torturer facing trial for those offences? Nah, they have to go through proper procedures which prevent them from suspending the person responsible for that decision.

It's fucked up.
