Whatever about getting it to wider public outside MN, we aren't even allowed to get it to MN outside FWR

As my deleted attempts in AIBU demonstrate.

We are (reluctantly) allowed to post here. But all FWR threads are removed from "Trending" (in case you all haven't' noticed, this is a deliberate policy) to discourage the rest of MN from noticing.

AngryAttackKittens · 25/08/2018 23:54

That's interesting, Certain, person in the other thread says she got nothing at all.

Deux · 25/08/2018 23:54

Identifying the victim, oh my days. Unbelievable accusation and slur.

I’ve just read through the care proceedings judgement. Fucked up or what. How anyone from that background can speak with any authority and be listened to is beyond me. I wonder if the media will pick it up.

Charliethefeminist · 25/08/2018 23:55

Not in the morning editions so far. Google bbc papers for front pages early versions.

CertainHalfDesertedStreets · 25/08/2018 23:55

They come up in Active.

You can't not be allowed to post in AIBU about it. Right? Right Michael? ?

thecatfromjapan · 25/08/2018 23:57

This is a MAJOR story about a serious political Party failing to perform its duties of oversight and due diligence.

Up until today it was happy to let a crime scene, where a child was raped and tortured, be used as its membership HQ.

There are serious questions to be asked as to whether that oversight has put children at risk.

There are questions to be asked as to whether the political situation as regards Trans rights was an issue interfering with process of oversight.

This last point may certainly be significant in the absence of coverage of a matter of SERIOUS PUBLIC CONCERN.

It shouldn't be.

People deserve to be informed.

It really matters.

AngryAttackKittens · 26/08/2018 00:00

Until today I honestly assumed that running background checks on anyone associated with a potential leadership candidate would be SOP. I'm still rather hoping that it's only the Greens who're incompetent enough not to.

ToeToToe · 26/08/2018 00:01

You know, I'm not sure Michael's apology can be accepted - he has, on this thread, accused posters of trying to identify the victim - which nobody at all did.

These things can be screenshot for twitter, and puts Mumsnet posters in a very bad bad light. I've never seen MNHQ delete one of their posts, but maybe this should be a first..? It was a gross accusation.

TallulahWaitingInTheRain · 26/08/2018 00:02

We MUST condemn political figures, adults, who stand by paedophiles

This. What did the Green Party know? If they knew of the charges against DC then why was he permitted to continue in a position of influence within the party? If they didn't know, then why the fuck not?

thecatfromjapan · 26/08/2018 00:04

Daily Mail, Sun and Independent articles discuss the crime.

They don't discuss the issue that this was also involved the Green Party and its measures to safeguard, oversee and perform due diligence.

SirVixofVixHall · 26/08/2018 00:04

Agree catfromjapan and talullah .

Maryzsnewaccount · 26/08/2018 00:04

CertainHalfDesertedStreets ,they come up in active, but if you watch you will notice that if they are posted on a lot they appear in trending, and immediately disappear.

Most threads that get to "trending" stay for a while; never FWR threads. They zap them from there for fear too many people will see them

I'm aware that I sound tin-foil-hat-y. But I've been here for a long time so [meh]

Night all. See you tomorrow. Or not, if I'm banned Hmm

OnlyObjectivity · 26/08/2018 00:05

Does anyone know what David Challenor was attempting to draw at the top of his Deviant Art page?

Is that some kind of Masonic meeting place??
( "Overlooking the Chamber" )

ToeToToe · 26/08/2018 00:05

Who holds these political parties to account?

Green Party is the fourth largest political party in England. They have a parliamentary seat.

This is a safeguarding failure on their part, and thus a MASSIVE story.

Amalfimamma · 26/08/2018 00:06

@MNHQ, following the heinous allegations and lies made tonight by one of your staff, may I please ask the the feminist forum be moderated by feminists and not Handmaidens or misogynists?

No offence to anyone but this is getting to be fucking ridiculous. Silencing parents on a parenting forum to protect tras who have protect God only knows what is disgusting.

Ban me, I don't care. It'll be worth the ban to show the sheer hypocrisy and double standards applies to concerned women.

LadybirdsAreBirds · 26/08/2018 00:08

He also designed the memes "Transwomen are Women" for the Green Party recently, and proposed (trans rights related) motions at the last Conference. People on twitter have provided evidence for all this

And he abused a child while wearing a dress

Amalfimamma · 26/08/2018 00:08

ToeToToe I refuse to accept it.

Amalfimamma · 26/08/2018 00:08

And he abused a child while wearing a dress
And a nappy

woman11017 · 26/08/2018 00:09

here for fear too many people will see them
or fear that too many 'non men' and non masons might see them.
I see.

seafret · 26/08/2018 00:10

Sacndalously, there is no madatory requirement for poltical candidates to be DBS checked even though they will cleraly come into contact with vulnerable epople and children, and the Conservative governement, refused to make it mandatory.

They are totally up for expanding trans rights and men being actual women, but they see no need to make sure only DBS checked people can become policticians... sinister.

AngryAttackKittens · 26/08/2018 00:11

Sometimes I think the entire process was designed by idiots.

Those are my less cynical days.

Maryzsnewaccount · 26/08/2018 00:15

For the first time ever I've reported a post from MNHQ.

I will have to try to find my email password to check the response Grin

LadybirdsAreBirds · 26/08/2018 00:17

Maryz

Me too!!

seafret · 26/08/2018 00:18

Agree, AAK. Idiots and worse. What a sickening world we live in.

Thank you FWR women. You inspire me and strengthen me and I thank goodness you are here.

Truthmytruth · 26/08/2018 00:21

barrack
I posted a huge essay but it’s disappeared. I just want to say your deleted posts were fab
I also want to remind people that parents of a trans identifying child realise that there are issues that can make kids reject their sex. This is why gate keeping and exploration is necessary. I wonder did the kids of this bastard who raped and tortured a 10 year old ever get psychological intervention to ascertain why they thought they were the opposite sex. Or was self Id suffice. From my view, it is obvious that there are other issues needing exploring before affirming the teen. This is why gate keeping is necessary. Any child living in this environment will need help to understand their feelings.
This is not normal. A parent who rapes and tortured a 10 year old and acts out a fetish and who tries to normalise this by acting like a pillar of society and part of a political party as in Green Party will be able to gaslight their own kids and try and normalise their behaviour.
The poor victim who spoke out needs to be supported. The perpetrator’s kids need therapy. Not affirmation.
The whistleblower who outed JB probably knew this was the next big scandal. Who is trustworthy? The whistleblower probably knows there is more to come especially as all you amazing people on here are investigating it all. They weren’t prepared for the female voice. They thought they would get away with it.
