Who knew that "they're all top class yoga practitioners" was a stereotype that people held about feminists?

Nah, I think the elbows person hoped we'd all become obsessed with trying to do it, & in the process either forget about TRAs or dislocate our shoulders.

If it's any comfort, I can bend my toes upwards at the middle joints. They bend BOTH ways. I am, indeed, Bi-toed.
