One of the funny things about this is the idea that we'd mind. Who cares? Not everyone thinks that "misgendering" is "literal violence". Some of us have other concerns, such as domestic violence (you know, the physical kind), sexual assault, lack of equal pay, being denied career opportunities open to men, emotional abuse, absence of affordable childcare, all sorts of stuff, really. The only people who have tantrums about "misgendering" are those who literally have nothing else to worry about.
