I’m going to continue to highlight how a site like Twitter is now functioning as a website which helps people plan the harassment (and physical assault) of women, disseminate anti-female ideas and myths and contains often grotesque examples of anti-female sentiment and appropriation of female experience which go unmoderated.

You can't block people on MN like you can on twitter.

You don't get to live in your own echo chamber.

Your posts do get deleted if they are offensive.

If you want to make a point you have to argue it, with logic if you want people to agree with you (well unless it's a parking thread with a good diagram ).

TRA's wouldn't last a minute on here. That's why most of them simply lurk and then complain on Twitter.

Those that do venture over simply post a few ill conceived posts then bugger off when they don't get any traction.

Just concerned women here, that's all. Concerned that we will still have words in the future that are meaningful. Concerned that our daughters will be able to compete with their own sex in sporting events. Concerned that gay children are being erased by the trans juggernaut.

Women as a biological class exist.

I imagine MNHQ have been slogging their guts out moderating the trans threads. When so many people are screaming transphobic over nothing.
The one place where people are allowed to express their valid concerns, without being told to die in a fire.

Women in failing to enjoy erasure shocker!

What’s interesting is, Mumsnet is a really great place for reading about the everyday experiences of women. The shit and abusive relationships so many of us deal with, the exhausting work of caring for children, the unequal split of domestic labour, the torment/joy of fertility and pregnancy and birth. The career issues around childcare, the problems with porn-addict men, on and on.

You’d think someone who deeply deeply felt like a woman would bother to give all that stuff some thought. Maybe even ask how our lives experiences might contribute to whatever views we hold on gender. But nope, we’re talking about gender wrong so we’re BAD and bullies.

Shon must bitterly regret that tweet about women enjoying their erasure.

It destroys their credibility forever.

Of course transactivists are upping the anti with regards to mumsnet. They can't bear it that women can form coherent, evidential arguments without insulting, threatening violence, rape, or doxxing people.

And every time they mention MN, more people come over to see what the fuss is about.

It's this never ending own goal syndrome that they seem to be locked in.
