This is ridiculous. He is little more than a child, yet now has all this power and responsibility. It’s not only unfair on the women he’s supposed to represent but also on him too, he’s totally out of his depth and CANNOT bring what is required to such a role. The questions were totally dumbed down and the interviewer was even speaking slowly, as though to a child. It’s embarrassing!

She comes across as so so young. I think this interview shows that she got the post purely for ideological reasons. I just cannot believe she could possibly have presented to anyone as capable of taking in the women's officer role. The answers given showed no humility or understanding of women's concerns.

I feel sorry for Lily really. Clearly so ill equipped and others bear responsibility for putting her in that position. Poor fucker.
