This year, the number of murderers who are transgender is higher in the UK than the number of murder victims.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4997224/Father-two-stabbed-death-transgender-woman.html

And then there's attempted murders and current murderers declaring themselves trans while behind bars:

Does the fact that MTFs are victimizers in these obscenely violent criminal acts more frequently than they are victims change how lawmakers will see their claims of eternal victimhood? I doubt it. How many male murderers will have to be given elective surgery at taxpayer expense and housed with women (far less likely to be in prison for violent crime) before someone takes a long, hard look at the reality of the situation?

Just in time for Halloween, too!

Typed out a massive reply and deleted it. I just want to say that I don’t think a certain poster understands that their personal experience of womanhood isn’t the same as others. They also don’t seem to grasp that just like NAMALT, that NATWALT. So we just separate by sex. Keeps things simple.
I do not want to tell my dd that if she sees a male bodied person in the changing room at our local pool that she should not be alarmed as it’s really a woman. How do we teach our girls basic safety?
I do not want to share a changing room with Danielle muscato or Beardy Stonewall Alex.

If science can prove, properly prove that you can change sex then I’ll go along with it. At the moment it’s a belief system. I think I am open minded. I also think to talk about ‘gentle’ women and ‘rugby school’ is very narrow minded.

Or one of Terry Pratchett's lesser gods would pop up and magic it into a bush full of poison ivy, much to our new friend's delight.

Datun · 13/10/2018 10:08

Women aren’t evil. I’m a woman

I'm a unicorn.

LangCleg · 13/10/2018 10:08

women excluding transgender women and quoting stats on their danger to women is dangerous to them

Tell them to stop committing violent and sexual crime at rates the same as or greater than other men then!

AngryAttackKittens · 13/10/2018 10:08

I'm an enraged kitten, obviously.

LangCleg · 13/10/2018 10:10

I can honestly say that I have never been called a U Boat before! This is all rather wonderful.

Datun · 13/10/2018 10:10

Actually think this thread is quite useful. If you leave it long enough, motivations become clear, even to people who don't speak the language.

FloralBunting · 13/10/2018 10:12

Well, yes, it's a decent enough textbook on who is rational and who is obsessively loopy, I'll give you that.

AngryAttackKittens · 13/10/2018 10:12

It's so marvelously random. Hey, you! You over there! You're a steam engine, you are.

littlbrowndog · 13/10/2018 10:13

Yeps it’s like we are responsible for all the bad stuff. Evil evil
And my cats think the same cos it’s raining. Evil evil

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 13/10/2018 10:13

Yep. It's a textbook attempt to derail the thread. Except it isn't working because the poster who is trying to do this isn't very clever.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 13/10/2018 10:14

Personally, I identify as an Aston Martin. Well, I do today. I might very well identify as something else tomorrow.

FloralBunting · 13/10/2018 10:14

Very Newman and Baddiel. "See this Victorian U-boat? That's you, that is"

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 13/10/2018 10:15

Look! It's a U-boat with screen doors.

FloralBunting · 13/10/2018 10:15

Although I'm rather fond of the transphobic U-boat meme. Filing that one away.

LemonJello · 13/10/2018 10:16

Yes. They are desperate to tell us what they really think ie that we are evil and should be locked up.

Whereas we have no such hate. Just cool calm facts.

Like transwomen are more likely to be murderers than be murdered.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 13/10/2018 10:19

Like transwomen are more likely to be murderers than be murdered.

Repeating this because it needs to be repeated: transwomen are more likely to be murderers than to be murdered. And I'll keep repeating it as needed.

Datun · 13/10/2018 10:20

The difference in language is very telling.

We are to be locked up, marooned on an island or condemned forever as evil.

Whereas all I want is to maintain a woman only space.

Especially a space that excludes men who think I'm evil for wanting it.

LangCleg · 13/10/2018 10:21

Like transwomen are more likely to be murderers than be murdered.

Very useful to know when, for example, planning the prison estate.

Also: when planning for transgender prisoners, it should be noted that about half of them will be either sex offenders or Category A (highest risk).

AngryAttackKittens · 13/10/2018 10:23

Especially a space that excludes men who think I'm evil for wanting it.

Indeed. Is responding to my perfectly reasonable request for privacy and safety by threatening to have me imprisoned meant to make me feel safer and more willing to allow the people who behave that way access to spaces where I'm vulnerable? Really?

Ereshkigal · 13/10/2018 10:24

As for your suicide stats. They are tosh. Again. That is not relevant here to my argument.

They are not. Show your evidence otherwise, or give it up.

Ereshkigal · 13/10/2018 10:25

They are official figures from a government inquiry.

SophoclesTheFox · 13/10/2018 10:58

Not sure if 4 is still with us, but I just want to check my understanding.

the question was "what do you want to get out of this thread" and your response was "to get you locked up". Is that correct?

That's extraordinary. Why do you think feminists need locked up?

Feminist4 · 14/10/2018 08:45

You are very self-satisfied and smug. You don’t care about how your safe spaces harm others - which they do. Your stats are false to suit your distorted view of the world. It wouldn’t matter if you didn’t pose a danger to others, which you do. Marginalising a group and excluding them with quasi-feminist reasons is a disgrace to womankind.
