That's what concerns me Prawn, there'll be an increase in non violent but none the less threatening sexual encounters and the perpetrator will be able to claim they are of no risk because, hey, they're a woman.

There was a recent case where a transitioning man took covert photos of two women and their defence was along the lines of they liked the women's outfits and it would help them in their quest to become a woman.

The last comments from the transman who finds the mens locker intimidating and dangerous, so believes womens locker rooms should be unisex? How is that helping the problem at all? If a man/boy is going to whip a curtain aside, or thrust their crotch at you in the mens locker room, what on earth is going to stop them from doing it in a unisex one?

I'm not sure Caitlyn Jenner is the most credible of advocates for transgender. She admitted to stealing her daughter's underwear and told Ellen DeGeneres that she did not believe in same-sex marriage.

And I don't think Donald Trump will take kindly to that thinly veiled intimidatory stance.

I've finally got the whole thing straight in my mind. Transwomen are either autogynephiles, or they have gender dysphoria or a mixture of both. Gender dysphoria is a psychological illness in the same way as anorexia or transablism. It should not be given civil rights.

Autogynephilia is a sexual fetish and should not be given civil rights.

Trans men are trying to escape their gender roles, or they are gay and don't want to come out, or they have gender dysphoria, or a mixture of all three. None of which should be given civil rights.

They have the same rights as everyone else, they can wear what they like but that's it.

There are young women escaping their lot or going along with the zeitgeist, effeminate gay men who find life easier as trans as that seems to be the way the river is flowing, kids transitioned because they played soccer, or the other side of the pond played football, both used as indicative that a child was a different sex but depending on which side of the pond you were on the sex differed.

Then there are late transitioning men with a sexual fetish, who seem to be driving the movement.

I find it slightly wierd that these days womens toilets/spaces are seen as "safe".

Mens are dens of criminal activity and paediphilia.

I frequent leisure centres a lot. There are boys in there up to teenage years, taken in, or even sent in alone, by mothers who think mens are too dangerous.

Tbh, the female spaces at the leisure centre i use might as well be unisex, there are often more boys than girls in there. My 12 year old opened an unlocked shower cubicle to find a naked boy, taller than her. His mum was in a different part of the building.

So i do wonder how women can demand transwomen can't use female spaces, when they insist their own sons can.

For info: I don't think most men would care if male toilets were converted to unisex.

At work two out of four toilets are unisex. It was going to be all four but some of the women, and none of the men, objected and so the arrangements were changed.

Trans activists argue TERF stands for Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists. Initially I think it started out as women who voice a feeling that trans women shouldn't be treated as women and that they are parodies of women. Which understandably seems cruel to people with a medical issue.
Over time this has morphed to anyone who doesn't accept that trans women are literally women the same as any other, says they are biologically male or points out they don't share pretty much universal female characteristics such as menstruation, childbirth etc.
Riding on the coat tails of this are some extremely unhinged people who think it's fine to threaten "TERFs" with rape and violence, or to shout down anyone making any reference to feminism they don't like with "TERF"

There is a difference between a young child and an adult male.

Even though i agree that a 12yo boy in women's is bonkers. Must be mortifying to him that girls see him naked.

I've never seen anything but young males in the changing rooms, ever. Women aren't taking their sons into changing rooms in droves and the situation is managed well. I think saying that a twelve year old male was once spotted in the women's changing room therefore all males should enter the women's changing rooms is really, really stupid.

I would need a much better reason why we need to open up the female changing rooms to males.
