If it's the "feeling" of being more balanced that she liked about the testosterone, and not acually becoming a "man"
Low testosterone in women is an endocrine issue, and can result in feeling "wrong" or "off" without it being anything to do with being trans
Perhaps there was some cross-over there for Jack?
