I caught the tail end of a discussion about this case on Law in Action, Radio 4, between ?Joshua Rosenberg the presenter and Alison Saunders from the CPS. Did anyone hear all of it? Will try to listen again.

Yes, and no surprise, she does not support a change in the law following the Chedwyn Evans acquittal re: s41.

Why is it that when someone is found guilty beyond reasonable doubt people and press can say they are innocent but when done is found not guilty by reasonable doubt no one can say they disagree with the verdict.
