Do feminists believe that vented tumble driers or condensers are best?

Sorry. Inspired by another thread. Grin

Challenging questions for feminists.

Do feminists believe slates or tiles are best for the roof?

Do feminists prefer fitted carpets or floorboards with rugs?

Do feminists believe gammon is best cooked in cherry cola or classic coke?

Do feminists believe potatoes should be mashed or roasted with roast chicken?

Do feminists believe that before they smash the patriarchy, they should focus on male victims of domestic violence or prostate cancer?

I could go on all night but you get the picture. Hmm

Celery, while being a ghastly mysogonist vegetable on its own, when included as a stock vegetable in a soup or stew, gives it a wonderful feminist aroma.

theRotcod · 21/01/2015 21:49

Blasphemy!

theRotcod · 21/01/2015 21:51

That was to House.

Although I'm allergic to celery...what do you feminists make of that? Unless it's cooked, like an experienced man.

Smashing the celery of the feminist patriarchal virgin and other short stories.

LonnyVonnyWilsonFrickett · 21/01/2015 21:58

Actually Sanity some celery can often be found in with my ham. You're right.

And the moral of this celericous tale: these feminist differences - they're not really differences at all.

Call the mag Apiaceae, then it'll be all intellectual and no-one will know it's about celery Grin

thatstoast · 21/01/2015 21:59

Sorry, I went away to make cupcakes (No, really) but I can't tell you where to get a super secret feminist handbook. It's a secret you see.

ErrolTheDragon · 21/01/2015 21:59

I don't believe anyone has addressed the question in the thread title. Clearly feminists much prefer venting to condensing.

grimbletart · 21/01/2015 21:59

I made a curry tonight - and shhh - I put celery in it. Well, someone has to.

Am I a lost cause?

thatstoast · 21/01/2015 22:06

I don't even know what the thread title means! I don't have opinions on tumble driers. I had to type it three times before I wrote tumble instead of tumblr.

SanityClause · 21/01/2015 22:09

We had a goady troll, earlier, toast. Lots of people were having fun on the thread, before it was deleted, and so Basil has brought the fun over here, instead.

Either that, or she really believes these are questions relevant to feminism.

ErrolTheDragon · 21/01/2015 22:09

Surely we can all agree with Sanity, celery is a good cooked for adding flavour but vile raw.

On the first question - condenser due to the phallic resemblance of the hose for the vented ones.

How do you expect me to learn about all the important feminist questions if you don't teach me?

Anyway am watching Up the Women seeing as how you lot won't educate me about feminist ishoos.

OP posts:
SanityClause · 21/01/2015 22:20

Well. We have taught you about how celery can be a feminist ishoo, to be fair.

Lovecat · 21/01/2015 22:21

Why are you wasting time answering those questions when there are more important feminist issues to be dealt with elsewhere, like should a good feminist put vinegar or salt first on her chips?

And should it be mayonnaise or tomato sauce to dip them in?

Intersectionalism, people!!!
