Have we a thread on this yet?

I am really shocked.

OP posts:

please refer to the terms of reference where it says what i can and canot post on this thread,

it has been posted on that thread many times

DontCallMeFrothyDragon · 08/10/2011 21:35

Please find examples of where I've verbally abused Rhubarb. Because I can't see it.

And "our" ordeals may be presumptious, but she spoke out of term to several members who admitted their ordeals in a very "I know more than you" manner. Would you accept someone talking to you in such a way, Custardo?

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:36

no its not,l klook if you dont want to pull your fellow mumnsetters on the very issue you are publicising companies with anti women t-shirts..fine. i have my ansswer to the mn feminists right there.

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:37

you called her a rape apologist.

Uppity · 08/10/2011 21:37

Custardo if you feel that twisluts (whatever they are - I've never clicked because I got the feeling that it wouldn't interest me) is offensive, then you go and tackle it.

But I personally think that you would be wasting your time, because you really ought to be discussing much more important issues like the feminist perspective on chicken keeping.

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:38

dp you know more than i do though>? or are you more willing to post about it. pleas refrain from catagorising me. you know nothing my firend . nothing

DontCallMeFrothyDragon · 08/10/2011 21:39

No. I didn't. Quote, please?

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:39

o think the feminist perspective on chicken keeping is interesting considering the scott report of 1999.

DontCallMeFrothyDragon · 08/10/2011 21:40

I'm sayinig that rhubarb used her "educational" experience to try and belittle several users very real experiences. I'm not categorising you. At all.

is it in one of your deleted posts that can't be linked to , because i am certainly not the only person to refer to it.

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:45

sgm it wasnt you post it was a frothy post

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:47

yesn you are catagorising me l you are catagorising me in the ;i know nothing from experience' camp. dangerous ground that. which is why i say you dont know everything.

DontCallMeFrothyDragon · 08/10/2011 21:47

I'm not sure why those posts were deleted, but I certainly didn't use the term rape apologist.

EllaDee · 08/10/2011 21:47

Custardo, you clearly have no interest in the topic of this thread. Forgive, me, but coming here to defend your mate then saying 'ohh, she's not the only person to want an apology' is ridiculous.

What are you hoping to get out of this?

elladee what does your last post mean exactly.

are you trying to say that i am not allowed an opinion becuase a friend of mine has an opinion~?

and go on....link our opinions....that would be a sight to see

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:53

cheeres proles for that

EllaDee · 08/10/2011 21:54

I hope I tackle anti-women talk when I see it. As I've already said, the only person I've seen using 'slut' is you, and you can surely report your own posts as it bothers you too?

DontCallMeFrothyDragon · 08/10/2011 21:55

I did not call her a rape apologist. I may have said she was victim blaming, but I did not call her a rape apologist.

Can you please stop this tirade against me, as this whole thread has been very damaging to several members of the forum. Accusing me of being a bully is not helping matters, and at the moment, I am struggling to remain calm, but I will NOT have my name dragged through the dirt over and over again by rhubarb's gang.

Tortington · 08/10/2011 21:56

because no actually, not drunk here. cheers.

drunk
friend apologist
doesn't know not experienced

yeah yeah... but you are all right yeah? and im not because rhubarb is on this thread? so why are you arguing against me exactly?

i suggest any prejudice here is yours

EllaDee · 08/10/2011 21:57

custardo - what I mean is, why do you think that derailing the thread is going to get you anywhere? And why do you think saying you agree she deserves an apology means something? Usually, the point of consensus is that it comes from non-interested parties. When you admit you're an interested party, it's kind of pointless. Confused

You've perfect right to post whatever you like, of course ... just IMO it's one of those things that tends to make people look like idiots.
