Not neccessarily. (Is that how you spell that word?) There are legalities wrt her disclosing a rape in a publication, if it happened. LJ could easily claim deformation of character, or libel. If she could then not prove she was raped orf didn't consent, that would drag up more issues. She may fear being blamed if she says she was raped. There are so many reasons. However, she would have said if she remembered consenting.

I do believe she doesn't remember what happens. Full stop. Simple as. But, her saying outright, in print, "I was raped by LJ" would have lead to a whole host of legal problems.

I know she doesn't have to name it. But even describing it would provide legal problems.
