Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

Hi everyone. I lost half lb over Easter despite feasting with the fam, think it was because I didn't eat chocolate and also walked lots (over 100k steps for the week) but we went away for a couple of days after my meeting on Tues and I've spectacularly lost the plot. I've gorged on biscuits, ice cream, goodness knows what else - but my 2 Easter eggs are still in their boxes Wink
Now I have 4 days to try and make up for it before weigh in. I have no idea why I do this!!! I should've learnt by now

SparklyBoots1977 · 01/04/2016 06:55

Well I begged and begged my husband to give me the box of birthday chocolates I'd asked him to hide. Ate the whole lot and to be honest I didn't enjoy them that much because I felt bad about going off plan. I'd already used a good amount of weeklies so I'm going to try and put it behind me and carry on tracking. Have a nice day everyone.

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 01/04/2016 07:16

Well done Paws.

I'm astounded. Just weighed myself and have lost 4lbs this week. Was obviously so guilty after stuffing face all weekend that I was extra 'good' the rest of the week. Yay.
That's 1.5stone now and 50% of my target loss.

Miffytastic · 01/04/2016 13:42

Hey all, oh dear, have gained in the last 8 days - up 1.75 based on my weighing at home, as there was no WI for me this week on Easter Monday. Urgh, need to get back to it but feeling like I'm slipping back to my old ways of snacking and grabbing bad things...

KenDoddsDadsDog · 01/04/2016 17:31

Brilliant once twice Grin
Miffytastic you'll get back on it !

poorpaws · 01/04/2016 23:01

Once you're amazing! Very very well done. Hope I can catch you up soon.

I've had two good days and hoping for a third tomorrow! I met a friend for coffee today and resisted the cake. I had black decaf tea so no points at all.

Got a big meal coming up in just over a week so want lost at least a pound before then.

Is anyone treating themselves for losing weight. I'm eyeing up a Radley handbag in the sale 😉

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 02/04/2016 08:59

Yeap I treated myself yesterday with a binge on all the snacks we had in the cupboard Blush oops.
Although at least now it's out my system for the week and can crack on with it.
Handbag sounds more sensible!

Charliej86 · 02/04/2016 11:43

I stayed the same. I'm happy with that.
I'm treating myself, I'm getting married in 3 weeks!!! My dress fits so I'm happy to stay as I am

SparklyBoots1977 · 04/04/2016 06:51

I didn't lose any weight my first week and that's well deserved. After starting off well, I fell into the usual weekend trap of eating junk. I don't know why I do this. I had hoped that posting on here would give me some accountability but I chose to eat cake and chips instead of logging on to the thread for support. I justify it by telling myself that I'm nowhere near the weight I was originally (19st) and that the extra 2st I've been carrying for the last year only make me plump not seriously obese like I used to be, but even then I worry it'll all go back on if I don't get a grip. Going to start again today. Sorry for the essay, I just had to get it out.

Drinksforeveryone · 04/04/2016 10:40

2 lbs off for me.

That's a silver seven for me today :)

It feels like slow going this time but better than just getting fatter :)

KenDoddsDadsDog · 04/04/2016 12:07

Sparkly, you've done it before , you'll do it again. This thread stops me from going off it but the temptation is always there .
Nice one drinks Grin

SparklyBoots1977 · 04/04/2016 16:08

Well done drinksSmile
Thanks kenDodds for the confidence boost, you're right about being able to do it again. Just need to keep going, one day I'll be back in my goal weight clothes. Have had a great day so far and hope everyone else has too.

Miffytastic · 04/04/2016 22:49

Hey all, well I'm back to it tonight, have had enough of my meeting/ leader though so hoping I can lose the 5-7 lbs I want to with you lot and esource :)
Present weight: 10-4.5

poorpaws · 04/04/2016 23:37

I ate loads of chocolate last night, I have no idea why 🙄
Today I went straight back to the healthy eating and ate a little less than usual. I plan to do this all week to at least put right a bit of the damage.

Sparkly I'm probably worse than you are so come on we can do this.

Miffy how tall are you? I'm just wondering how far behind you I am.

Drinks good loss.

Let's all try really hard this week and see if we can get some good results

KenDoddsDadsDog · 05/04/2016 11:07

I'm in Starbucks with a skinny cappuccino . NO FOOD!! I'm also worrying about my Fitbit running out of battery ....I'm a changed woman.

Miffytastic · 05/04/2016 13:35

Paws I'm 5'6 and an apple shape so basically I just want to lose the 5 to 7 pounds off my mid section (!). My BMI is 23 but waist size still a bit bigger than it should be - according to my british heart foundation tape measure

bettybyebye · 05/04/2016 13:50

Well done drinks! And well done Ken for the Starbucks restraint!
4lbs off for me today! Made up with that after putting on 1lb last week- I was determined to get more than that off today. Total loss is now 25.5lbs so got my 25lb award too. But most importantly...I am now 10st13 and I will not be going back into the 11s again!

hilbil21 · 05/04/2016 14:03

I'm doing weight watchers at home - stayed with propoints as its worked for me in the past. Are you all doing smartpoints? X

Drinksforeveryone · 05/04/2016 17:01

Nice one on the Starbucks restraints KenDodd A cake just isn't worth it.

Well done betty - that's an excellent loss.

Hi hilbil21 I am doing SmartPoints . So far, it seems to suit my way of eating. High-protein, low fat, low carb.

hilbil21 · 05/04/2016 19:52

I've lost 33.5lbs doing propoints so far. 3 more pounds to go until my pre pregnancy weight! X

poorpaws · 05/04/2016 20:16

Ken - good job in Starbucks, well done.

Betty and Drinks - 👍 Very good.

Aw Miffy I hoped you were 4ft 😁 I'm much further behind you than I hoped.

Hilbil - I'm doing pro points at home and lost a stone so far. It's slow but sure for me.

hilbil21 · 05/04/2016 20:19

Fab poorpaws not just smartpointers then Smileis it ok if I join you guys? X

poorpaws · 05/04/2016 20:24

You are missed ......

poorpaws · 05/04/2016 20:25
