Goodo su

I am in loss category again

Jesus its hard work maintaining a loss. I get what they say about easy to lose, harder to keep off.

I am back on soup. and half an easter egg

SuSylvester · 27/04/2010 15:55

were you reeling in the years

< ba boom tish>
email me BW and ill send you my shoddy effort.

bobbiewickham · 27/04/2010 16:09

No, I was going back, Jack, and doing it again.

Quite literally, I suppose...

God, that's really kind. Will CAT you.

JackBauer · 27/04/2010 16:10

Fair nuff Buda, BAD buda!

Have BAD stomach today, DH has no sympathy as I bought reduced prawns from tesco dated yesterday and ate them yesterday for lunch, so he is convinced it was them and I brought it on my self. Bastard. Supposed to be curry for tea but I am not hungry so will do them pasta and nibble forlornly at an apple and some yoghurt.

I am avoiding writing a personal statement to go with my PGCE application... they are such a load of wank these things

BudaisintheZONE · 27/04/2010 16:33

Well done on job Bobbie!

I would be terrified at thoughts of going back to work! Haven't worked properly for 15 years.

Jack - sorry stomach bad. Am taking my telling off like a man though! I was bad.

Been really good today though. Granola with dried cranberries for bfast. Slice and a half of rye bread with hard boiled egg, tomato and a little mayo. Currently eating a bowl of chopped apple, banana and strawberries with yoghurt. Am in the ZONE!

Dinner will be chicken of some sort with veg or salad of some sort. Went to supermarket and you would be SO impressed with my trolley! All fruit and veg and chicken and natural yoghurt.

Wasn't there a chicken recipe on one of these threads?? Was it Su? Anyone point me in right direction?

cyb · 27/04/2010 16:56

Hello all, nothing to add diet wise, except I still ahvent put weight on I dont think, despite the old bread uptake increasing a bit! (was due on NEEDED bread)

feels weird to think there is a lot less of me than there was a few weeks back and I am keeping it off.

glad folk are noticing Su. Still not many people have here , must be to do with being tall or summit

cyb · 27/04/2010 16:58

we must all be menstruating at the same time by now, non? The amount of time we all spend together on here?

cocolepew · 27/04/2010 17:24

There's 6 woman in my class and we've all synced up with our PMT. The one male teacher is delighted.

Still being good and looking very svelte even if I do say so myself.

SuSylvester · 27/04/2010 17:40

they onyl are just now Cyb and i have been at it since FEBruary fgs

bobbiewickham · 27/04/2010 17:42

Thanks, Buda - it's just a toe in the water chat about some possible voluntary work - but it's a tiny step in the right direction.

You are all doing so well, you skinnies. Dodgy tummy good for weight loss, Buda - though it goes back on pretty damn quick

pointydog · 27/04/2010 17:46

huzzah at dep head notciing weight loss.

I sat at the lunch table today with soup and a puny salad sandwich and no one even asked if I was trying to trough less.

SuSylvester · 27/04/2010 18:46

duckyfuzz · 27/04/2010 19:59

yay for people noticing, Y11 girl I taught in Y9 commented today (in a nice way!) HT noticed a while back, asked if it was deliberate

well done on placement BW, will help if I can (I do teacher training)

periods are no good for diets, I'd be 9st by now otherwise

pointydog · 27/04/2010 20:19

I am zoney. I haven't had a biscuit for over two weeks and I used to love having some shortbread when I got hoem.

No butter on cob and no cheese on a few mushrrm tortelloni

SuSylvester · 27/04/2010 20:52

my Year 11 said " what are you not eating - just do slim fast"

they have no idea, they said i looked col today and normally never say owt

AitchTwoZone · 27/04/2010 21:13

meant to say, su, well done on the inspirational front. i'd be on cloud nine if someone ever said that to me.

bobbiewickham · 27/04/2010 21:18

Thanks, ducky - I may pick your brains later.

I've totally biffed, have been eating mini-marshmallows by the fistful, and a packet of quavers, which tasted of delicious baby sick.

Think stressed about possibility of placement.

Do not want to go back to work a big fat biffer.

Don't want to be Miss Biffer.

noddyholder · 27/04/2010 21:19

People noticing is a real incentive

CheeeseOnToast · 27/04/2010 22:23

Well done on your son's trial result Su! You must be v proud.

Nothing v interesting to report on the diet front. Brek was fruit n f. Lunch was salad and mackerel fillet. No snacks all day. Dinner was spiced goat curry (which I cooked ) with plain boiled rice. Pretty healthy, lots of peppers and spice, barely any oil.

No after dins snacks, but have polished off half a bottle of red. Hic. Oh well, it is a Tuesday night after all

SuSylvester · 27/04/2010 22:59
