Ooh I LOVE pilates. I can?t go at the moment as I cancelled gym membership last year, and haven?t found a cheap enough class to go along to. I def need to go as well, I had a car crash last year and had physio for back issues, but pilates would really help out on a long term basis.
Food is going well today:
Handful of fruit n fibre to munch with cuppa this morning
?Barbequed? chicken leg and steamed savoy cabbage for lunch
Currently snacking on a little bunch of grapes I brought in this morning
Other snacks currently sitting on my desk are: banana, apple, and a geobar (fair trade mixed berries and cereal bar thing, 130 cals), but I also have a humungous bottle of water so will try and drink that before snacking.
Currently planning a lovely long bike ride this weekend with DP, where we?ll take a picnic and I?m sooo looking forward to it. In other exercise news (fnar!) I?m planning to go for a run after work tonight ? or maybe tomorrow morning before work ? as I need to get my lardarse in gear, lest my legs fall off at this 10k in two weeks
