zonerrific click!

He realised his error after a good deathstare so all is good. Very good but heavy drinking mate invited himself for the weekend last night so have to get through that. Will just get beer, i hate beer.
Another 1lb down this morning but i feel weird, all achey all ove and have come on a week early bonus though i normally biff up before period and put 2-3lb on....and i haven't!

What's up with teeth mama, poor you, i hate toothache its misery inducing, much sympathy.

ClickNegg · 21/04/2010 07:44

well done JB

the first week is tough isnt it?
are we keeping up the " will it make me happy"

i stood at the counter at waitrose to buy ONE tiny baklava for a treat.
then no assitant came so I WALKED AWAY

oh triangle news - used bobbi brown conceaer and blush - it works! think i need to get a new lighter concealer - mayeb the under eye brightening one

cyb · 21/04/2010 07:57

WORD UP on the triangle massive

cocolepew · 21/04/2010 08:04

BO if I can do it you can do it.

Have no idea what weight I am my scales are mad, but feel v slinky. Thighs no longer rub together (nice) and belly has gone waaaay down. I'd be happy to stay at this size TBH. I'm a small 14 now .

cyb · 21/04/2010 08:07

hey coco! see, you mocked at the beginning, well not exactly mocked but weren't there in the zone

now your thighs speak for themselves

hows the no sugar thing going

I cant believe I have re trained my sweet (old lady) tooth

fishie · 21/04/2010 08:11

went out last night and had thai food. it was lovely but alas rather oily. also a bit hungover and fear i must be rather garlicky.

i'd love to get just a couple of kilos off but am struggling. virtuous stir fry vegetables with a bit of leftover roast duck tonight.

ZoneArmatrading · 21/04/2010 08:15

Nice one re cords Click.

Looked at photo from day out in Brighton. Massive roll of tummy fat sitting on beach. Very look like before pic not after.

Can feel lots of good slimmer bits but what should I do to blitz that flab?

dinkystinky · 21/04/2010 08:40

Click - glad all moving in the right svelte direction for you - even on the bad scales. And well done for walking away from the counter. Am to say I dont use facial make up on regular basis (use nailpolish los instead) so all this talk of triangles, concealer, blusher etc is just passign me by - I blame my mum as only ever used lipstick and powder (which is the only thing I use) - thank god I dont have girls to perpetuate the vicious circle with...

JB - no wonder you were pissed off and in need of choc yesterday! You're doing great - keep up the excellent work.

MamaG - get thee to a dentist again. On plus side, toothache will help you stay in the zone I guess...

Coco - glad you're feeling slinky missus. Keep up the excellent slinking...

ZoneA - the camera adds 10lbs and depending on the angle can make you look mahooooooosive even if you're a twig. And sitting down always creates creases/rolls, unless you're like the Ossom one or La Moss. But, to blitz the tummy flab (which is what I'm working on right now) you need to combine cardio with abs exercise (pilates style stuff is good - plank, side plank, leg raises, bicycle and crunch is a good starter combo) - my mummy roll is now down to a mummy cat-flap - fingers crossed by summer will have reduced to a mummy letter-box...

ReshapeWhileDamp · 21/04/2010 09:34

Buenas Dias thinsters.

I am still 10st 3 on my scales (which means I'd be 10st 4 on WW ones) but tomorrow's WW weigh in will be the last for a while (I hope) as I'm pregnant! I always said I'd stay as long as it took me to get bun'd up and here I am. But hopefully I'll be able to keep up the healthy eating. And I've lost the stone that I wanted to lose (at least) before I became pregnant.

Thanks for all the support and arsekicking! I'm going to miss this...

dinkystinky · 21/04/2010 09:39

Wow - that brilliant news Reshape! Many congratulations. And you hit your stone goal before getting pregnant which is great. Maybe you and LG&T can start a new diet thread together sometime next year

Now getting worried about how this thread seems to be giving rise to pregnancies... will be keeping my legs crossed as there is no way I'm having another one until DS2 starts reliably sleeping through and there is no sign whatsoever of that happening any time soon.

YoginiBikini · 21/04/2010 10:15

Hello! Life has been a bit blippy but I'm back.

What have I missed?

I guess I need to read a bit.

Is everyone still here or have some reached their goal and gone? I am not jealous I am not jealous

Still 10 10 (was 11 10) but have a big party in a month so am determined

YoginiBikini · 21/04/2010 10:17

Wow congratulations reshape and LGAT!

I love new baby news

EricPicklesFatNeck · 21/04/2010 10:27

great news reshape!

CheeeseOnToast · 21/04/2010 10:31

Morning everyone

Quite zoney yesterday, breakfast was toast (white toast, which I haven?t had for ages and it gave me stomach cramps and upset stomach so I will be avoiding white bread from now on) with marmalade.

Lunch was three bean and tomato soup, which was really heavy and tasted of burnt garlic so I left half of it. Followed it up with one of those ?splendips? things (handful of rice cakes I think, with philly and sweet chilli dip).

Had quite a bit of water in the afternoon which squashed any hunger that would have erupted (topical pun alert). But then I went crazy and got a granola/nature type oats and nuts bar thing, which was nice but I think out-of-zone.

Dinner was cold roast chicken with salad and one thin slice of WM bread (DP had a sandwich with thick cut delicious bread but I resisted)

Then I had two glasses of red wine last night as some family came round. Later I had a few pickings from the chicken at about 11pm last night. I think I might have just squeezed in under allowance, although I?m not certain.

Everyone?s doing so well, congrats to all the ?stoners?. Also congrats to Reshape ? brilliant news!!!

YoginiBikini · 21/04/2010 10:37

Cheese, you reminded me to go and pour some water. My skin has turned in to sand paper lately. Must also take some fish oils.

ZoneArmatrading · 21/04/2010 10:41

Great stuff Reshape. Exactly what you wanted. Always good.

CheeeseOnToast · 21/04/2010 10:43

water is the dieter's friend.

I notice that whenever I get dry lips, rather than using lip balm if I make a big effort to drink a lot of water for the rest of the day, my lips go back to normal the next day. It happens really quickly, it's weird. Moisturising from the inside

YoginiBikini · 21/04/2010 10:48

cheers!

BudaisintheZONE · 21/04/2010 10:59

Congrats Reshape!!!!!

Wow - 2 babies on this thread in a few days!

Still zoning but tonight will be hard as am going to a friend's house for dinner and staying overnight.

Busy day today also as helping my sis take her 4 month old twins to doc for jabs then have to take my Dad to pick up his car which is being serviced, then heading to friend which is about an hour and a half's drive.

Think I'll do soup for lunch and loads of water today and try and make sure I drink lots of water tonight as well as the wine which will be consumed.

ReshapeWhileDamp · 21/04/2010 12:08

Losing a bit of weight is meant to help fertility... keep your legs crossed, I would!

I am already beginning to see signs of incipient biffage. I'm thinking about making bread (will hold back as long as I can) and I actually made lemon ice cream last night... I will NOT allow being pregnant to be excuse for being a farking pig. In fact, I think I may write that out and stick it to the fridge!

Good luck with all the losing, losers!

Jackbauer · 21/04/2010 12:12

Oh congrats reshape!

It is helping click, I do need ot be bollocked for the choc though, that's why I am on here and not 'shining'

Although, went to PTA meeting this morning and bics were being handed, I took one automatically, and then looked at it and handed it straight to DD2. She will get such a porker from my diet.
Also took both DD's ot bakery on way home from DD1's nursery and they got gingerbread man and choc muffin and I GOT NOTHING!

Re triangle, tried it with my shitty avon stuff and random brush, I am not convinced, I am coveting the benefit concealoholic now though, might ask for that for my birthday if I hit a stone before then (it's in 4 weeks)..thin AND beautiful, there's an incentive

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 21/04/2010 12:13

Fantastic news Reshape!

Welcome back Yogini!

Well done all losers.

Mama - ouch.

Click - love baklava - what conviction!

Still can't believe that Coco has turned away from the dark side (double deckers and wotsits) to the light.

Made my stone yesterday (since Feb and being shouted at by Mrs Potiphar on another thread - remember her Yogi?) - but managed to put on a pound overnight because of blardy AF. Still being good. Another advantage of better eating - DH has had to be on diet as well and is looking quite foxy atm. Not that I'd ever tell him that.

Wore thin jeans for the first time today.

Has anyone else got very brittle nails atm?

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 21/04/2010 12:16

Ooh concealoholic looks good - I love benefit concealers. In fact I love concealers full stop.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 21/04/2010 13:10

It's farkin freezing here. Why have I just seen 2 blokes in shorts who weren't excercising?

dinkystinky · 21/04/2010 13:44

Woop woop for your stone Porridge - are you attributing it to diet combined with the Ossom one's shred? Extra woop woop for the thin jeans! Were the blokes in shorts rather ahem large? Its always the more well insulated gentlemen that seem to be inclined to get their legs and man boobs out when the sun shines, regardless of the temperature out there....

Jack - v impressed at your biscuit avoidance. Good on you. Both my DSs mug me for biscuits/toast/anything really (including bloody broccoli in the case of DS2) when they see me eating it - v good for staying in the zone I find

Reshape - I found I put on a similar amount in my second pregnancy to my first BUT because I ate "good" stuff rather than cake and haribo the whole time more of the weight shifted a hell of a lot quicker after DS2's birth. Though pregnancy is a good excuse to enjoy the carbs and treats again in moderation
