Hi all. Well done to those still in zone.
EricPickles - just eat. But try eat something relatively sensible and then a small treat and drink lots of water and hopefully damage will not be too bad.
Breakfast today was slice spelt/linseed toast and a banana and some blueberries and low fat rhubarb yoghurt
Lunch was slice of turkey, salad of lettuce and herbs, cherry toms, green olives and half an avocado, slice of rye bread and a little hummus
Dinner was spag bol without the spag!
Then Dad had a scone, DS had choc fudge cake, Mam had something else. I had water.
Later DS and Mum had mini Magnums - I had an apple
Then I was hungry around 9 and was getting tummy ache from hunger so had rye bread and cheese.
(I am not WWing or calorie counting - just cutting out white crappy carbs)
And can we please not use baguettes as weapons as it make me crave bread.
