Yogini are you a namechanger?

NomDePlume · 05/04/2010 15:34

damnnnnnnn

am scoffing maltesers easter egg and watching House. tis v moreish, the egg. I will row some more later. DH is because I am 10,000m ahead of him and he is supposed to be the competetive one.

Had to spend 2hrs faffing about in the garden as something knocked my big potted bay tree over and smashed the huge terracotta pot it was standing in. Had to go out and buy a replacement and repot the thing. Hopefully that has burnt a few cals too. Oh and I finally got around to splitting and replanting my raspberry canes. Anyone know how many cals are used during 2 hours of moderately vigorous gardening ?

How did Mr Su get on with his rowing adventure ? Did I see mamag talking about sponsorship somewhere ?

Confused
cocolepew · 05/04/2010 15:42

Ok after dyeing hair badly cut hair, I look like this

duckyfuzz · 05/04/2010 15:53

looking good coco!

AitchTwoZone · 05/04/2010 16:04

no no it's a strong green, near jadey, and the fabric is a heavy silk. it's really pretty late fifties, hence the peep toes.

NomDePlume · 05/04/2010 16:10

that reckons 636 but that sounds waaaaaaay more than I'd have guessed. Maybe if I'd have been digging etc but I was just repotting (albeit a big bloody tree). I think I'd best knock at least 200 off that.

Weight watchers reckons about 5.5 points but I prefer to underestimate so I'd go with 3.5.

NomDePlume · 05/04/2010 16:18

coco that link won't open for me. Grr.

Frock sounds nice aitch

NomDePlume · 05/04/2010 16:21

new thread time ?

cocolepew · 05/04/2010 17:28

Probably for the best Ndp.

Todays consumption after egg in cup

4 corn thins with a scrape of jam

bag of Wotsits (I know but I was starving)

dinner was new potatoes, fish and beans.

BosomsByTheSea · 05/04/2010 18:59

coco, repeat after me:

Wotsits are not diet food!

(can't talk, have eaten tube of mini eggs)

YoginiZonini · 05/04/2010 19:15

Yes coco, but an insignificant one. Isn't everyone?
Nice hair by the way. Do you have the squeaky voice too?
Even with the wotsits your day sounds pretty good. I'm not surprised you were starving before your dinner. Will you eat again later?

Nom, I bet you did burn off a fair few calories with that, although not as many as your rowing by the sounds of it

Aitch dress sounds even better now. You sure peep toes are gonna be too cold? I love that style dress. A plain elegant heel would be good.

I have roast chicken and salad for later. May slip in a cheeky glass of wine if I can persuade dh to join me.

He's on such a health kick now. He's 2.5 st down and looks amazing . He's finding trouble with the bmi charts etc. He's hardly got an ounce of fat on him now but the charts say hes still got another stone and a bit to go. I reckon it's because he's gained so much muscle. Is running 7-10 miles a day, playing tons of tennis, rowing at the gym and cycling an hour every evening.

I am mostly just holding the pom poms and cheering him on

dinkystinky · 05/04/2010 19:48

Aitch - dress sounds lovely. I love Jade green. Would suggest a beautiful wrap with that but tis too bloody freezing for just a wrap.

Coco - wotsits???? Did you not hear su threaten to boot people off the thread. Feel the fear woman! Or have you dyed your hair in attempt to through su off your trail?

Hmm, unwrapped all the tilapia to find that ocado had given us a miniscule 95g piece to share between the two of us - which even on a weight loss kick is abit harsh - so supplementing it with cod (which I note is only 1 point per fillet on WW... result!)

dinkystinky · 05/04/2010 19:50

Wow Yogini - your DH is doing brilliantly. No wonder he keeps waylaying all your compliments on your weight loss though.

Bosoms - those mini eggs were probably essential bfing foodstuffs

AitchTwoZone · 05/04/2010 20:11

it's a big ol' wrap dress, v womanly, not girlish. what would work would be a fur swing coat, i kid you not. but not my thing, really.

dinkystinky · 05/04/2010 20:21

Aitch - you said that and all of a sudden Pat from eastenders popped into my head.. Sorry that's what I associate a fur swing coat with Guess if you dont team it with peroxide blond hair, blue eyeshadow and dangly clip on earrings you'll be able to get away with it without tonnes of Pat..

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 05/04/2010 21:14

Ooh a fur swing coat - very fifties - very glam and chic a la Grace Kelly. Saw a gorgeous vintage one the other day.

BariatricObama · 05/04/2010 21:30

was doing well back in teh zone today but had some bad news and began compulsively eating revolting mini eggs. have stopped now adn will run tomorrow.

Oh BO - sorry to hear you had bad news. To be honest, if I dont get a chance to do some exercise, I end up comfort eating. Hope your run helps you work off some emotion.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 05/04/2010 21:51

Sorry to hear that BO.

AitchTwoZone · 05/04/2010 22:33
