OP posts:
NomDePlume · 05/04/2010 12:16

i am still wearing sweaty gym clothes with undertit sweat marks accessorised with headband scraping fringe off face in severe manner.

Coco, you wanna catch those drips or they'll stain like buggery, bad enough having purple ear tips after an iffy home dye job but facial drippage can't be good....

Cyb, I hope you're shopping for long dresses with those legs.

AnzoneioBanderas · 05/04/2010 12:47

LOOK FAT GITS
easter egg chocolate is VILE unless its lindt - why are oyu eating it? imagine it asa vat of veg oil.

imo a diet is only worth breaking for unrepeatable food.

not this crap.
tell the kids to NOT let you have it fgs

am in zone
off got gym later

cocolepew · 05/04/2010 12:52

So far today I've had 3 ryvita with peanut butter and I'm waiting for my egg to do so I can have egg in a cup. I'm so good.

duckyfuzz · 05/04/2010 12:55

no nasty easter egg choc consumed here, only v posh hand made chocs of the highest quality

and copious amounts of alcohol

anyway, back in zone today, muesli followed by gym, 1 egg omelette and salad for lunch, making low fat/carb curry for supper

3 days til London

duckyfuzz · 05/04/2010 12:57

the thread is too quiet

cocolepew · 05/04/2010 13:15

I'm bored. I can't go anywhere because poor DD is still on the sofa, thankfully the vomiting has stopped, and I'm still washing towels and bedclothes.

Humph, might go and read my new book.

cocolepew · 05/04/2010 13:16

I don't know anyone who has Boden clothes TBH.

MotherOfBarabas · 05/04/2010 13:39

neither do i, really, i think it's seen as too english a way of dressing up here, a bit twee. johnnie off-putting to a jock.

i've lost a pound today and am getting closer to my pre-birthday weight of last week. i am absolutely gob-smacked at the devastation wreaked by those wheat beers last week. i promise i've been really rather well-behaved other than that.

YoginiZonini · 05/04/2010 13:47

Back in the zone.

Godiva egg and Paul A Young chocolates were definitely worth straying from the zone for.

And copious amounts of champagne - it would have been so rude to refuse

I did weep a little when I did my post wee naked weighing this morning though.

strong strong strong

Hope the hairy legs and black socks don't put you off trying on lots of dresses cyb.

Mob - who are you? Sorry missed it and too much to read. Happy Birthday. Aries are strong and stubborn. Keep going.

dinkystinky · 05/04/2010 13:51

Afternoon all - back in the zone today too with WW yog and tiny rice krispies portion for breakfast, followed by shivering my arse around the zoo (all that cold must be making my metabolism work faster ) and miniscule portion of gnocchi and pesto for lunch (works out as 4 points) plus a snackajack thingy. Having tilapia with mango for dinner tonight. Yum.

Glad to see there are lot of zoners back out there now. Anzoneio - not a bodenista or M&Ser (apart from pants and sports tops which work out fairly good value) but suspect they model themselves on people who they see wearing it- like Sam Cameron, Mylene Klass, etc.

AnzoneioBanderas · 05/04/2010 13:54

just had rocket salad with smoked salmon and lemon
nmmm

YoginiZonini · 05/04/2010 13:59

How's the stigmata today Anzoneio?

Sounds good dinkystinky. Zoo on a cold day is the best way to do it. The kids want to leave quicker

AnzoneioBanderas · 05/04/2010 14:04

oh ok
he is sorting his stuff

AitchTwoZone · 05/04/2010 14:32

it was me being the mother of barab, yogi.
so what am i going to wear to the wedding on friday? i have a dress that i got last year, possibly two years ago, it's fab so will be doing that. but i need a jaiket and shoes as i think it's going to be furreeezing.

AitchTwoZone · 05/04/2010 14:37

this except in green honestly, i want five dresses in the same design, possibly ones with collar bracelet sleeves with cuffs, it makes me feel like i'm in the middle of a douglas sirk movie. looks better on me, would you believe, than myleene.

so silver peep toe wedges were good at height of summer, but i fear they'll be too cold now.

YoginiZonini · 05/04/2010 14:41

oooh. Nice. where's it from?

I love when you find a perfect dress and want several

What kind of green? Needs very elegant heels

YoginiZonini · 05/04/2010 15:01
