ah - su is back. We need the fear factor. Bless that waitress - I'd have had a celebratory moule or two after that too.

You know, that's it!

We need Su back! We all went off the rails when Su left.

Bring back Su! Bring back Su!

best place for em bobbie fwiw ferrerrerrerro rochers are only 1.5 ww points each - so as long as you can stick to only one at a time as a within points treat.

They all end up there or thereabouts in the end anyway, dinky

Bollocks. Wish I'd brought the ferreros home now

dinkystinky · 04/04/2010 20:53

ooh yes second hormiman nuseum - tis fab enough to tempt us south of the river.

HumphreyCobbler · 04/04/2010 21:15

Hello

I am drawing a veil over what I have eaten today. I made the mistake of drinking, all restraint goes out of the window.

Hope you all had a nice easter

bobbiewickham · 04/04/2010 21:16

I think I need a fucking big veil

MotherOfBarabas · 04/04/2010 21:35

oh dear. not so great but not so bad. lentil soup for lunch, ignored the bread, then lamb and veg and one measly potato for dinner AND THEN A HUGE BIT OF CARROT CAKE (no icing) and then some chocolate buttons. i think it could have been a lot worse tbh.

HumphreyCobbler · 04/04/2010 21:36

yes, I need an easter egg shaped veil

fishie · 04/04/2010 22:04

i am tempted by horniman museum but am in e london so a fair trek. v&a quilts are v good apparently if you get to go by yourself

am slightly tempted by hengistbury, we are off to fil in dorset tomorrow for a few days. ds loves moules but he is not currently being charming at mealtimes.

another small run, getting fed up with knee. mum bday so much feasting but hopefully didn't do too badly. i fear there was much hidden butter though.

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 05/04/2010 09:01

Morning all. Glad to see scary Su back to keep us all up to the mark.
Still 11st dead on. Boo. A few mini eggs did pass my lips yesterday, but nothing disastrous. Hoping the weather will stay dry today - gardening then taking kids to see How to Tame Yr Dragon tonight. No Haribo for me!

cocolepew · 05/04/2010 10:08

Thanks for all your suggestions I've made notes.

I'm going to be good this week, oh yes.

BosomsByTheSea · 05/04/2010 10:20

I adore my mother!

Easter lunch round at hers yesterday. She did asparagus, carrots and celery dippers and home made hummous (no oil).

Then 'fry light' roasties and loads of lovely veg (roast chicken for the rest but I don't eat meat).

Then the MOST LUSH fruit salad for dessert (also naughty choc / sticky toffee pud but I made sure the beautiful fruit salad was in front of me and stayed strong).

This morning have lost 1 lb and am lightest since this time last year.

ReshapeWhileDamp · 05/04/2010 10:23

Well done Bosoms!

I'm not doing too badly today - there is still tons of chocolate around, and I had two mini Lindor eggs (the weeny ones) then decided it wasn't really chocolate I wanted. Just as well...

It's hard having DH around during the day though, as opposed to pushing some meat, potatoes and fruit at DS and having my usual abstemious -ahem- soup for lunch.

bobbiewickham · 05/04/2010 10:42

Morning all - and well done Bosoms, your mum sounds fab.

Thanks for the zone nav - I think it's working. Branflakes for breakfast, healthy roast for dinner and I think I'll be making soup for lunch as my fridge is groaning with veg after the Weekend From Diet Hell.

Back in the Zone! Oh yes!

BosomsByTheSea · 05/04/2010 10:53

I do have an advantage as my DCs are too little to have chocolate so we've pretended Easter isn't happening!

Have you googled tapping technique? It's a Paul McKenna trick and it does work.

Right, afternoon all.

Back on the wagon. Started well with a cup of tea and a couple of slices of w/m toast with benecol (I am not a bread refusnik, but I am trying not to eat white flour stuff). Then another 40mins / 4.5 miles row. So feeling good.

I don't weigh every day so no point in me checking on the 'damage' done by my weekend of excess, I am hoping I am still under 10st though. I think I am, marginally. Hopefully by Friday (weigh-in day), I will have had the opportunity to get my shit together and repent.

Su, I know the bacon was baaaaaaaaaaaaad, but I was hungry and it was that or the massive £7.50 bar of dairy milk from the mini bar.

Back in the zone, girls. Back in the zone
