Sazz ahem are you going soft in your new slim guise? You never said to us it was ok to do 20 if that was all we could manage, you whipped us till we were red raw and doing 30.

Waaaaiiills I am going back to work. However if I drink 3l of water I can spend the entire time in the loo.

Stay slim lassies.

+2.5 isn't much though, even for a normal weekend, and it sounds like you pushed the boat out a bit Sazz

Loti you are a biking machine I hope it pays off on Friday!

VG at +0.5 pre Jaffa Cake. I think it's likely to be the lack of water, unless you got them from here...

I am +1.5 on Friday which is nowt considering the number of sandwiches I have eaten so we'll see how this week goes. Funeral is on Thursday though which may scupper Friday weigh in (and me )

well done on the old exercise sazz.. sorry your pliates was no good.. as i said on other thread could you try a one to one session??? my trainer makes me work really hard in comparison to the classes and we concnetrate on tummy and also back due to my injury...

hoping to go to step/all over body workout after presuming that no one gets poorly between now and 8.30am... but since that has happened every tuesday since i don't know when i'm not holding my breath ..

Cakes look so yummy ALBS

GreenGardenia · 23/03/2010 08:11

I would love to have one to one pilates, I usually find after the class I am achey (which I equate to having done things right ) but a couple of weeks ago I just couldn't co-ordinate myself / my breathing / etc and felt nothing the next day. I do find the classes a bit samey though, much more samey than e.g. a yoga class.

Going to try and run today after ds's swimming lesson, if I can get creche booked. Went for a walk yesterday after supper and before bath/bed, was lovely to have an extra bit of day to do something with, ds bemused at being packed into pram that late.

Is anyone planning on risking outdoor exercise in the spring/summer sun?

GreenGardenia · 23/03/2010 08:13

Hope you get to your class loti. Tis so frustrating being dependent on other things / people to be able to get the exercise in.

luckoftheirish · 23/03/2010 11:23

no-one poorly yet so went to my one to one.. step class was full so punished myself with 35 mins on stepper at high setting

dizzydixies · 23/03/2010 12:17

VG I agree completely, I love it when the nights are longer here and we've started walking DD1 to rainbows etc - after next week we'll be able to collect her too

well done on all the excercise ladies -am really missing my gym so think I'm just going to sod it and go - feck knows when this MRI is going to come through

Perhaps you will be able to get in a dvd session before heading out Sazz.

Loti I am in deep awe of 35mins on a stepper on any setting! Respeck.

I ran 7K today, not sure of time as spent the first 1K walking while I was talking to a friend, not very HM of me, so really I walked 1 and ran 6.

Nice swimming class, only 2 other babies, very calm, water like a bath.

Am LOOKING at the bread bag.

And the butter packet.

And my homemade 2009 elderflower and gooseberry jam.

Just looking...
