OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

Have been eating chocolate brownies this morning but they needed to be tested before being sent to nursery (and they were YUMMY) so will compensate with a big bowl of carrots and runner beans for lunch.

Think I prefer your snack to your lunch hots

managed 15km on the bike whilst the dds got in the way/played. Not great but better than nothing!

CrispyTheCrisp · 27/07/2010 13:35

5.5k run, 10 mins powerplate and 100 sit ups. Was hard, hard, hard and then put my jeans on afterwards and needed to let out a notch on the belt. I think i do better dieting in the winter as your jeans tell you exactly how much you have lost whereas floaty summer dresses can hide loads of weight

Well done on the compensating lunch Hots and hurrah for your cycle LOTI. I managed to shred yesterday with the girls nicking my weights and using me as a climbing frame

Bran flakes for brekker whilst drooling over the smell of the girls hot buttered toast, chicken salad and a pkt of french fries for lunch and Jacket spud with cottage cheese & beans for tea. Must go and check that this is all sanctioned by he who must be obeyed

CrispyTheCrisp · 27/07/2010 14:00

. Todays menu has had the thumbs up from the Lord with enough left for a couple of cups of tea and some fruit this avo

hotterpotter · 27/07/2010 21:24

Have shredded tonight, according to this thread it's the firtst time since 14 June I think I've done it once since then but that's still reaaly rubbish. I really felt it too...

Still, onwards and downwards again. Seems like I have rediscovered a bit of impetus and you girls just keep at it so how can I ever show my face to you again if it is getting a bit chubby????

OP posts:
luckoftheirish · 28/07/2010 07:39

well done on the shredding hots and downwards sounds good ..

hoping to do fat burner on dvd today fingers crossed.. sneaky look on scales looks slightly better but still a couple of lbs to go before i even get back to last friday's weight .. amazing what a bit of wine at the weekend can do for a girl

CrispyTheCrisp · 28/07/2010 09:01

yay for shredding Hots and for regained impetus and glad things are obliging with a mid week weight recovery. I managed to end up 96 cals over yesterday due to the 2 beers that snuck down my throat at the theatre last night. Oops

So, only 0.5 off this morning. Would like another lb by Fri so half the weight gain would be gone (sadly the easier half to eliminate)

Grapefruit for brekker, cottage cheese salad for lunch and no idea for tea! Shredding at lunchtime if we are home and i am not too stiff (which i am now)

luckoftheirish · 28/07/2010 11:37

ignores sazz two beers ..

fat burning dvd complete and am knackered ..

hope shredding goes ok sazz!!

CrispyTheCrisp · 28/07/2010 18:04

Well done on the exercise LOTI, i am far too stiff today, but have logged 45 mins housework with the Lord

I have booked the creche for tomorrow afternoon so i think i will try a short run/powerplate & swim and then take the girls swimming

hotterpotter · 28/07/2010 20:46

Mmmm beer will have to make do with a cup of decaf tea instead. Not sure how but i seem to have got a reputation as a boozer on the main thread so probably best not to mention I am counting down the hours (48) untile wine o'clock

Have shredded again, it really hurt today and only did level 1 but I guess that means I was really trying. Only had one tiny nibble of a biscuit today too, so quite a good day.

loti well done on your fat burner!

CrispyTheCrisp · 28/07/2010 21:19

We are lushes together Hots

Had a burger and salad for tea as i couldn't face something steamed and diet like . The burger was surprisingly low in cals 228 cals and 12g fat, so have managed to keep within limits despite no exercise

hotterpotter · 28/07/2010 21:30

Yay for a fellow lush drink connoiseur . Burger and salad sounds fine, and yummy, we had some leftover chilli with lots of veg and a bit of rice; am hungry now though. Bed time in 30 minutes, just got to keep out of the kitchen a bit longer...

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 28/07/2010 21:34

I am just noshing my Activia yoghurt before bed

CrispyTheCrisp · 29/07/2010 09:03

Morning

5.5 of the 9 gone, just got to keep the momentum going. Off to the PYO this morning, back for lunch (got lots of salad stuff left over from yesterday) and gym this avo. Should be able to keep reigned in

Weigh in tomorrow ladies. Remember that when you reach for the biscuits/buns

hotterpotter · 29/07/2010 09:26

Good work sazz, it's v encouraging to get such good results . I am within a whisker of 2 weeks ago weigh which is not that good in itself but considering the volume of cake and the lack of exercise in the last month I am OK with that. Just hope to carry it on and lose a bit more next week.

Legs and arms aching today after 2 shreds, and I walked up the 8 flights of stairs this morning to see if I could do it. I could, but only just

OP posts:
luckoftheirish · 29/07/2010 11:03

5.5lbs gone already sazz .. how do you do it?? ...

well done on those 8 flights of stairs hots ..

fat burner dvd done and shattered again .. seem to have lost the ability to recover!!!

no wine/treats anything nice at all this week .. missing them like crazy!!!

oopsandbabycoconuts · 29/07/2010 18:39

Please someone kick my arse!!!

I saw a picture of myself yesterday and want to die of embarrasment! I am hungry with DD feeding alot and being tired but pate and fresh bread is not the way to deal with it! I am keen to hit the gym but feel ever so guilty about leaving DD2 as she is so small, I couldn't bear to think of leaving DD1 at this stage but I think the girls will be fine together in the creche.

Need to re-aquaint myself with lord ford and water too, am drinking far too much diet coke.

CrispyTheCrisp · 29/07/2010 20:44

LOTI - net 965 cals a day, no alcohol and exercise. Bootcamp one might call it . Well done on fat burning

You all know i am a terrible mummy and left DD2 at 6 weeks in the creche. However i trusted the girls implicitly with her and knew they would let me know if she was ever upset. If they didn;t then DD1 would have told me anyway

Go to confessional and work on losing say a pound a week. That shouldn't be too drastic. Plus add 500 cals a day I think for the BF

Step away from the pate/bread/diet coke>>>>>

hotterpotter · 29/07/2010 22:29

No shredding today due to stiffness from the last two days, but had brisk hour walk round town and an hour's tidying up tonight. Have done nearly 11000 steps today so that's quite good.

Oops make the most of breastfeeding to eat a little of what you fancy just not too much

CrispyTheCrisp · 29/07/2010 22:46

LOL, have just read back the start of this thread and i am the same weight now as 12 March. Good on maintenance LOL which makes me a bit

CrispyTheCrisp · 30/07/2010 07:34

Down 7lbs for the week . I do really want to try and get the other 2lbs off too and then back to maintenance, but i will relax a little for the weekend

Hope weigh ins are good for y'all

hotterpotter · 30/07/2010 07:58

Well done, that must be a v big relief I too have been at or about this weight for a looong time but feeling motivated to do something about it again. Am the same weight as two weeks ago so hoping lots of exercise will shift a bit more next week.

OP posts:
luckoftheirish · 30/07/2010 08:59

wow sazz .. take it easy ow girl or u will fade away to nothing!!!

another 0.5lb down not great but considering i was up 2lb on monday could have been alot worse

CrispyTheCrisp · 30/07/2010 15:10

Hurrah for evens and losses

Grapefruit for brekker, cottage cheese salad and nectarine for lunch, small portion of brownie and thai curry for tea. In order to 'earn' 2 glasses of wine tonight i have had to shred (Level 1 with weights), so i will definitely enjoy them

Oops, did you read ^ up there at the start of the thread. Is quite amusing or what MrOops said

I have also just waxed and exfoliated so should be a couple of pounds ounces lighter tomorrow

CrispyTheCrisp · 30/07/2010 15:12

Oh, and re fading away, LOTI, i think not. The +1/2 stone took me to the top of the 'normal' category for my height. Hence the panic LOL
