OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

Today I have ordered my double Mountain buggy so once it arrives on Monday we can get walking properly, the sling pushchair combo is good but no good for a proper stomp. No excuse for not walking to town/toddlers/work. Monday is D-day! Checking creche and pilates on Monday too.

Well done on the losses.

just managed a quick 10km on the bike whilst the girls whizzed about.. going to take them swimming this afo god help me.. def on wine o' clock tonight!!!

ok so +1.5lb on fri weigh in.. want to lose that and hopefully another pound as am getting sick of being in and around the same forever..

will check out ff when i get a proper chance, but will def bike today when i can get dd2 to have some quiet time .. guessing that might be tonight then? .. will report in later!!!

took dd2 out on her smark bike for 40 minutes this am, man hard work, calfs and thigh workout!! Also just managed 10km on bike whilst dd2 watching a bit of cbeebies ... beyond knackered!!! off to check out what am i allowed eat today

Oh lordy. One day at work and i am a disaster. Banana for brekker, caesar salad and an apple for lunch and a chicken sandwich & mini cheddars for tea. All ok, other than adding champange plus nibbles and wine. Oh dear

Crispy you are a working gal atm, so you have to entertain etc... doesn't sound too bad to me particularly the champers ..

well today is the official start of my three day clean to get this pigsty of a house in tip top condition ... will do my fat burn dvd when i drop dd2 at the cm and then its cleaning cleaning all the way..

Buggy arrived so the girls and I stomped into town - it was good to be out and about not moving at snails pace. Also started diet eating better. Shreddies and raisins for breakfast, salad and mackeral for lunch, chicken thighs anf rissotto for tea and lots of water. 2 oatcakes and honey for mid morning feeding frenzy munchies!

completed the DVD first crispy!! and have just spent the last four hours straight trying to sort out playroom!!!

off to get dd2 now so will be stopping til tomorrow!! Starving hungry and want chocolate but am refraining!!

Seem to have fallen off the wagon as soon as I got back on it was doing OK but went to best friend's on Sunday afternoon for a couple of drinks and we ended up as drunk as teenagers I barely remember walking home and feel terrible about getting into such a state with the DC to look after, anyway have been tanked up on carbs to make it go away, which thankfully it has and am enjoying a glass of red tonight to make sure I still can before going camping with some lushes on Thursday...

Will have a good day tomorrow and weigh in on Thursday morning, but am currently wearing a dress my mum brought round as too small for her, it looks great on, quite slinky but is a 16 so need to get my arse in gear and have decided it is going to be running that I am going to try next, so will be off for some crazy expensive trainers in the next week or so...

You are also on your hols hots so you are allowed the odd treat/beverage!! Running sounds awesome so fingers crossed for you..

More dvd for me and more cleaning today !!! been very good with my food and logging everything with the lord so praying Friday's weigh in will be good

Done 10km on bike, last 1 1/2hrs on big clean, been to toys r us and sainso twice!! First time i have sat down today and have to get dd2 in 10 mins!!

Fingers crossed the scales will show me the love tom!!

Plateau is good for this week crisp, after all last week was a MASSIVE LOSS ..

Hots have a fab holiday

LOTI, i can't believe everyone has abandoned you , but you seem to keep going like a duracell bunny

We are at a wedding tomorrow so will be temptation everywhere. I will be back on here at the weekend and will make a big effort to go for a run

I'm here - I weighed in for the first time today and am 10lb heavier than I was 15months ago Blush so I need to lose 2 stone! :( :(

I have cut out the crap, the bread and the pate. No more fizzy drinks just tea, water and weak squash!

Crispy - am using Lord Ford but also have a free trial to a similar one on Practical parenting website - it is easier than Lord Ford.

I reckon I am down some bloat thanks to the water though - my trousers are slightly looser!

DDs and I walked 4.5miles today home to town and then to DH's office and back. Porridge and raisins for brekker, green salad with egg and baby potato a'la M&S. Jacket pot, lowcal coleslaw and fishcake for supper.
