OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

Hello slender and svelte ladies, thought I'd do my semi-annual pop in You are all putting me to shame as usual. However, DP and I have started trying to cut a lot of the starchy carbs out of our weekday diets, and I have to say I generally look and feel much better without living on bread/pasta/potatoes every day.

That said, today I am eating coleslaw sandwiches, crisps and chocolate eclairs for lunch as is day one of monthly misery DP is doing bedtime tonight so I will shred.

Well i managed to do a new section of dvd whilst dd2 wailed in her cot {didn't manage nap tho.} it was a metabolism workout and man it was hard work!!!

however i have completed my 4 exersazz this week {although the have been short and sweet i'm taking them}...

Wotcha Cyteen how long till the wedding now? Does your dress fit perfectly or do you need to limber up a teeny bit?

So, i crept onto the scales. 9 pounds!! 9 FECKIN pounds . Knew it would be bad, but hoping not quite so bad

So, 2 weeks to go on, and i have 2 weeks to get it off before our next holiday. Any bets whether I can manage it? No parties or events, so i must go for it

Better day today. Half a bacon sandwich for lunch and 2 boiled eggs and toast for tea. Drinking tea too and no alcohol until next weekend. Shredding WILL happen tomorrow. Please kick my sorry ass on that one if i fail to mention having done it

Weighed in at 10.8 so -1 on yesterday. Grapefruit for brekker, salad for lunch and not sure for tea! I am going to reaquaint myself with the Lord for the next 2 weeks to try and reverse the holiday gains

Shred planned after lunch and then may sneak into pilates tonight (class is full but they never check the register & will just bluff it if asked)

Hots - what is your plan for the day?

VG - I assume you are dancing in the clubs till 4am, drinking water, so you will be svelte and slim on your return

As ever, I just want to be a bit more toned and a bit less spare tyre-y. Have done a level 1 shred while DS naps and am drinking 'pea soup' (frozen peas, boiled and blended with pesto) for lunch I also did 1.5hrs of backbreaking labour at the allotment yesterday, so maybe that will help offset the biscuits.

Well I turned down a biscuit this morning and have been eating well so far, will hopefully definitely do some exercise later.

Have been thinking about it this morning and think I have realised what happened to my weight loss - when I started last May I was still BFing DS at least once a day. Carried that on until end of July and 'they' do say that once you stop some more weight comes off, which it did, for 2 more months then stopped and went back up again

I think I am still in the mindset that just not eating bread Monday - Friday is enough but it obviously isn't, and need to get serious. Think I might dust off Lord Ford and see how that goes.

Steamed trout with salsa verde, 4 very small new potatoes and broad beans for dinner

Also went to pilates so have ended up with 450 cals left over

Sorry Cyteen, was not very helpful earlier . Are you still doing your yoga? I think my toning is due to running & powerplate (legs), shredding (arms/stomach/quads) and situps and pilates (abs). I guess swimming does something too LOL

No, bikram has been off the menu for ages because I can't afford it I really miss it too! Ah well, my aim this week is to Zumba tomorrow, shred on Wed and go swimming on Thur. DP has been out for a run tonight too, which is encouraging. Had omelette and salad for tea

Oh, such a shame re the Yoga . Know what you mean about expense though because if i make pilates every week, the equivalent cost of an external class pays my whole month's membership for the gym

Off soon to drop girls off at CM and then hit the gym. 5k run, powerplate, situps and sauna is the plan

Oh, and 3lbs of 9 off so far according to this mornings weigh

sazz at the 9lb however at how quickly it is coming off.. maybe you retained alot of water from the heat on hols?? glad u had a good time

not done much apart from walking this weekend, hoping to get to do dvd or maybe biking at some point today.. horribly bloated and the scales say "must do better""
