OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

Sneaky weigh this morning after the weekend excesses and am -1 . How did that happen? I shall assume for now that it is muscle converting to lighter lard

Spurred on by this i ran 6k this morning and 10 mins on the powerplate. Just need to do a few shreds this week and hopefully blitz the any short term gains and tone a little bit before bearing all in a bikini

Walked 2.5 miles today but no shred . Good eating though so will persevere...

When i cut the wisteria down earlier, bugger me did my arms ache afterwards . I think i need to apologise to Jillian for 'phoning it in'

Thanks Need to go to bed as tiredness is prime biscuit temptation . Scales not looking too bad though despite falling off the wagon and should be level on Friday.

Will try and shred tomorrow as flat tyre means no preschool walk and will have a quick swim in the afternoon

-2.5lb here. Hurrah . Not entirely sure how as the weekend was pretty bad food wise (although on the go all the time). Stressy week this week and not much food as not cooking dinners with DH being away.

So, i start my hols at 10.0.5. I guess the holy grail of 9 something will be out of reach for another while yet........

wOW Sazz that's brilliant

Am a little about what to post for my weigh-in today, as new scales do weigh me as more than old scales (they are less prone to weighing less when on a slope ) but although I thought they weighed +4 I actually think they weigh +2 so am +2 this week. I have eaten/drunk enough and exercised little enough for that to be true Not sure if that makes any sense

hotster wassa story are you getting demotivated? Can you go on a big shopping and just religiously NOT buy biscuits and then just not have temptation in your way?

Thanks for the pep talk VG , although really doesn't seem to be working at all . Biscuits are at work (although all gone now, phew) and I have been eating bread on a school day too plus no exercise... I am soooooo tired and feeling a bit sick - if I wasn't having my period I would swear I was pg

Need to find some way of motivating myself, bought a dress at asda on Tuesday (oh the glamour), size 14, and although I can do it up it doesn't look good, also my beautiful purple flower dress is getting a bit tight. I noticed the local gym is offering 2 months membership for £30, it's less than 10 minutes walk away, not sure if I should go for it...

well done as always vg on the good eating/exersazz ..

i cannot remember what i was last on when i weighed in.. started with 9.6lb to loss and still have another 3lb to go.. ideally would like another couple off on top of that but taking it slowly.. So 3.6lbs to go ..

biked 10km this am and sit ups.. not alot but easing myself back in

Well by some miracle I am beginning the new week actually the same weight as last Friday so that is some comfort. No swimming today as am in a 3-hour finance meeting but there will be no cream on the Friday night treat pudding and it's an easy supper tonight so may even shred before wine o'clock, who am I kidding but the sloth has got to stop

thinking of either dvd or bike tonight when the wee ones go down as dd2 is refusing to nap today!!! Also maybe take them both swimming later if dd1 comes back from nursery early!!

gosh we are rubbish without crispy ..

took dds swimming and that is the grand total of exersazz for me this weekend ..

struggling to fit it in atm due to lack of childcare and dd2 not napping.. may have to jump on the bike with dd2 around and hope for the best

Dd2 slept for the grand total of 35 mins so managed to quickly do dvd.. not a lot but better than nought!
