OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

I am creeping on here, although as exercise was taken on my course it was not so energetic. Also ate my bodyweight in fatty buffet food on Sat night and pizza last night . I have pilates tonight so hopfully can reign it in a bit after that

Not much chance for exercise this week as off to my parents on Weds and then hopefully camping again at the weekend. However i shredded Fri, swam sat/sun, pilates today and will shred tomorrow, so hopefully that counts as 4 for this week

Do you have somewhere you can swim Dizz? Obviously some lovely walks so hope you get the weather too be able to do some

Am still on level 1 of the shred but deffo a bit easier now. Just finished 5/30 (at 11pm ) as was on a promise with DH but he reneged on me so needed to do some different exercise...

V bad weekend again all good intentions fly out of the window when faced with the merest sip of wine . Still, have done 2 ExerSazzes already with 3 days to go which is slight progress.

ekkk!!! heavy weekend here of alcohol and fatty foods so haven't dreamt of going on the scales.. hoping for gym today to try and undo the bad!!

checked scales and up 2lbs .. been on bike this am and done 17.5km not alot but all i could manage... have to eat really well the next few days to get those 2lb off so nae wine/snacks/treats for me BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, LOTI will be fine. 2lbs over a weekend is seriously ok. I have managed +6 before and then reverse it in a week so fear not. Getting back on the bike after a disappointing weigh in is good, so well done

I have shredded Level 1 (10/30) as last night's pilates was quite hardcore and left me with a bit of a sore back. Done ok on food today

managed a 25km cycle and 100 sit ups this morning i a bid to banish the old excesses... going to another fancy dress do on the 19th and am considering going as Daisy Dukes so will need to manage to fit into some hot pants

Loti there is no need to at yourself - you must be positively waif-like by now! Feeling like crap today with a head cold and nasty cough but still managing to avoid the cakes which is my usual medicine when feeling sorry for myself

Have done two swims and a shred this week, plus 50 situps/crunches last night Will shred again this evening so will hopefully get a full complement of ExerSazzes in this week

managed 30km on the bike in between dd2 mouching about!! she has refused a nap today after having a sneaky 20 minutes at nursery!! tis gonna be a long afternoon!!

Well done again on your biking Loti. I don't know what happened to me but seem to have stopped dead and haven't been on mine for weeks Have managed to fit in 6/30 of the Shred tonight, may even try level 2 next as getting a bit easier. So am chalking up 4x proper ExerSazzes, phew! Not expecting any good news tomorrow on the scales though

Am up again only 0.5lb but still... And spent a depressing half an hour last night trying to decide what to wear today in the hot weather. I don't have that many clothes as got rid of all my fat ones and haven't got many new ones but still there was bulging and tightness in the ones I do have . But do you think that will stop me reaching for the wine / crisps later???

thats not too bad hots i am up a depressing 2.5lbwtf..

I have been really good treat wise and exersazzeled.. no af due or anything grrr...

done 25km whilst dd2 napping so trying to stay on the straight and narrow but like hots the wine will definitely be calling tonight sod it..

MUST DO BETTER NEXT WEEK!!!

I haven't weighed, eek, however I have shredded x 3 this week and I went for a 5K run yesterday.

I feel awful though, really bloated and yuck and I know why. I've had my walks and my shredding, yes, but I have also eaten Pringles (which are not even NICE), drunk wine, had toast, so I suppose that might explain it.

WTF where is our MOTIVATION girls this was all going really well a while ago???

Wassup ladies??

I hear biking and shredding and running so i'm guessing the food is a bit to pot as the Lady so rightly says. I am still doing ok with the weekday diet (although had a burger & chips and bottle of wine last night at the pub ). We did solve all of our problems mind you, so i think brain power and exercising of jaw muscles will have eliminated any weight gain

I was reading back the thread from July last year earlier when I should have been working and it was lovely, and a little shaming to see the enthusiasm from all of us as the pounds dropped off. It's definitely food at this end which is stopping me, mainly wine and associated carby things at the weekend, but cake has crept back in on more than one occasion too . Am going to really step up the exercise ante because I can't drink less but will try and cut down portions again and no more sweet stuff

Been for a swim today and really went for it so managed 42 lengths in 39 minutes

Also think I/we need to get back in the habit of posting on here every day, even weekends as that is where most of the damage is being done...

Weighed in this morning with only 0.5lb gain which i'm happy with considering food and drink has gone a tad awry. I may try and shred today as no Exersazz yesterday and no pilates mon due to DH being away again

Scrubbing floors may be on the cards as we had a heated discussion barney last night, so making up is always good

I am very pleased that I am only 0.5lb up from my lowest (last week ) and pleased that i know that when it starts to go on (I was 5lb up on my lowest a month or so back) that if i kick in with the eating and exercise that it can be reversed. Shredding has been great as has pilates in that i can feel my arm muscles (and they look much more toned) and my stomach muscles are ever present which is good.

Hots, i may go and have a read for what was happening before we went on hols last year for some added inspiration. Have a look at the brioche packet and see how many glasses of wine it is. Then make a choice

have done 30km on the bike today to try and rid the vast alcohol consumed last night.. was very hard going but with ipod on and ignoring "h" proved successful!!

well done on only being 0.5lbs up crispy..

agree with daily posting lg... got to rid these 2.5lb this week before conside losing more [sigh] tis a daily battle
